I’m also a mechanic, I self host for basically the same reasons and I just don’t like the idea of big tech spying on me . Definitely a lot of MAGA, it’s fucking annoying hahaha.

Oh man I just set this up. I just changed to a high deductible health plan with an HSA and need to save all of my medical receipts. I already had paperless set up but i was dreading setting up some automated way of getting files over to paperless. Thank you so much!

Depends on the style. An IPA won’t last as long. Won’t go bad but may oxidize and get some strange flavors.
