Maybe… I guess Id rather see a law that makes it illegal to stop someone from gathering or donating discarded food. I dont want a restaurant or grocery store to have to fuck around with record keeping and shit. I just want them to have to allow someone to do the right thing if it’s not going to be them doing the right thing.
- Comment on TV remotes should have an easy-to-find by touch "volume" toggle button that toggles between two volume settings. 1 day ago:
The old kenwood car cd players had an “att” button that instantly dropped the volume to background noise. It was fucking awesome and I used it all the time. I want that button on everything that makes noise.

On the surface it seems like you’re being encouraging. Too bad i’ve skimmed a history book at least once in my life.

Oh fuck. We need that law in the states.

A good Xfiles episode is a lot like a good TOS episode – campy and fucking ridiculous, but man is it a good time.

Dont worry… Scully will reason/explain/pseudoscience it away with the voiceover at the end.

I tend to think that – for myself for sure but probably most other people – after a decade plus on Reddit, you’ve likely said and posted enough stuff that somebody could follow the breadcrumbs back to you. Theyd have to really want to and it would take a lot of reading your posts, but it could probably be done. Anonymity doesn’t exist without a vpn, and even then you’re probably still identifiable. Don’t say, post or do anything on the internet that youre not willing to defend/pay for in real life.

The fuck is that plastic glove? Y’all are weird in the Netherlands. I raw dawg the gas pump and then hit my hands with hand sanitizer that I keep in the driver side door cubby.
And don’t get me started on you folks putting tuna fish on pizza.

Listen, I’d hire a former heroin addict for a job no problem, but I don’t think I would date one.
Rfkjr is unqualified for his position.

Thanks for taking a second to research that. Maybe my search results are skewed for some reason because i double checked before posting that comment. Weird. I’ll think about it more.

Everybody always goes on and on about how great linux is for gaming pcs these days. I recently poked around online to see if my rtx5070ti would be supported and found a bunch of people facing issues, and that Mint and Ubuntu weren’t recommended.
I dont want the AI nonsense, and Windows/Microslop blows, but I want my new gaming laptop to work correctly for several years given the money I spent on it. I can’t see making the switch when the gpu support is so convoluted.
Ive had many Linux machines in the past, so that bums me out.

No, that’s still bad because it conflicts with religious values.

If you dont own the company, you’re getting fucked even if you’re not literally getting fucked. The whole employment system abuses humanity. It’s all fucking depressing. Sex trafficking sucks much worse than run of the mill getting fucked by the workforce, and it should be eliminated, but it wont be eliminated by shutting down the porn industry.

I don’t know that one. Use it in a sentence that’s between three and seven words long.

From 2017:
"In his bellicose statement Thursday, Kim also repeatedly referred to Trump as a “dotard” — an arcane term for a senile or weak-minded elderly person.
“I will surely and definitely tame the mentally deranged U.S. dotard with fire,” Kim said.

I immediately wondered if some other country called something else “Greek salad”… I tried to click the link in the photo to see if it was another name for like Ambrosia Salad or something desserty.
Nope… Just a delicious, oily, salty Greek salad like I know and love from the local Coney.

But shouldnt fact be neutral? For example: “the holocaust was evil and killed countless innocent civilians” or “the holocaust resulted in (actual estimate) civilian deaths” The former is emotional and the latter is factual, but both highlight the perpetrated evil against the innocent.
Maybe I’m oversimplifying your point.
