- Comment on Rubenerd: Using Thunderbird for RSS 12 hours ago:
Just started using it. With zero xp posts an article expecting to matter.
I use Thunderbird too, and have so for years. The RSS implementation sucks. It will randomly crap out and autopause all feeds. The data often corrupts rendering the link folder useless and is very difficult to properly purge as the gui process will often fail. You’ll have to look up instructions and delete the folders manually. Very disappointing, but better than nothing.
I’ve been using open source RSS apps from Fdroid and have yet to find one that doesn’t have glaring bugs. I don’t understand why feed reading is so difficult. Probably that it supports so many forms of media but I’m just a clueless scrub that isn’t posting to blogs.

when two particles are entangled and far apart, when we observe them they will always be in the same state?
They will be an opposite states of each other the moment observing collapses their waveform. This effectively removes their entangled state. It cannot be used to communicate information faster than c.

Too funny. They’d need to go back to Win95 for all that.
- Comment on Are we deprogramming empathy in the US? 2 months ago:
Sorry, the absence of god isn’t a hole. It means being a moral person for rational reasons and not because some author of a fairy tale, who also say things like “it’s cool to kill some people”, said so. Even if it ‘was a hole’, filling it with proper education is far superior in all respects.

Islam is the path forward for the West (and the rest of the world)
… wut.
If anything, Atheism is the way forward.
- Comment on "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results" is impossible, because time changes whenever we try to do the same thing. 2 months ago:
Time can certainly change the answer to a question without any input from the individual user.
If it ‘can’, it can also ‘cannot’. The idiom refers to doing things where time changing is irrelevant.
