I’ve been using HelixNotes via git pull/push on a private codeberg repo, but if you’re not familiar with git then syncthing and syncthing-android (assuming you have android) should work as well.
I absolutely love Helix notes so far (been using it for a month or so).

Navidrome uses the subsonic API but is actively developed and works great.
