Then you aren’t a fan. You may like the concept of superheroes, and you may like those movies, but you aren’t a fan in the same way. I really like the Star Trek J.J. Abrams movies, and because of those movies, I like the original series—but I’m not a Trekkie or a Star Trek fan. I like three movies and two shows, and that’s it.

due to the fact that you used the word “retards”
When I use the word “retard”, I’m not talking about disabled people. “Retard” is a word that can be used for more than stupid in the same way you can be “well off” or “financially stable”, but being “wealthy” or “ultra rich” is another ballpark. If you don’t like Fantastic Four: First Steps, because it was about the F4 trying to save their baby and their world from Galactus, then I’m sorry, you are beyond stupid, you are beyond unintelligent, you truly are retarded because you don’t fit the description of someone “stupid”.

OP is a hypocrite
No I’m not
“they previously posted that someone losing their child isn’t a big deal and they should just get over it.”
I said the only loss worth grieving over is the loss of a significant other, but with that said, if you have a child, it’s understandable and reasonable not to want to sacrifice the child you chose to create for the fucking world.

- Comment on The concept of teen superheroes is stupid and boring 2 weeks ago:
I don’t want my heroes to have to deal with quotidian grownup issues like paying the mortgage, having to work overtime,
They don’t have to; most of the time their jobs aren’t even really important to the overall story; they’re just there to explain what they do during the day or just to have another setting. And as for paying the mortgage, you don’t have to go into detail about that or show it; just give the character some “easy” or “explainable” day job and have them live a middle- or middle-upper-class lifestyle, and you’re good.
