Yep this pretty much sums it up. While I agree I feel like this kind of thinking has spread too far and now we have so many shitty chains everywhere and so few decent options. Seeing someone have this take from Sweden is very validating bc I feel like so many of my fellow usians around here have such low low standards when it comes to dining out or cuisine in general. And it shows in what’s available around me. In a mid sized fairly popular city, 90 percent of our restaurants are just garbage.
Anyway thanks for coming to my rant talk.

lol. But in all seriousness I don’t mean any disrespect just venting my frustrations as it seems time slows to a halt when checking out. So even if it only takes them a couple minutes to get their shit together it feels like 30 minutes.

God forbid you need to check out (only one checkout lane open bc it’s so early) right behind one of those old people as they take about 65 centuries to pull exact change out of their asses

I’m not Christian but was unfortunately raised in a very conservative Christian environment.
The argument they made up to deal with people asking this question was that god intentionally limits his power to give us true free will. I remember asking myself the first time I heard this, “but if he’s all powerful couldn’t he find a way to give us free will and prevent us from suffering?”
Eventually I realized arguing with these people is a waste of time.

Yeah none of this really makes any sense.
- Comment on Steam winter sale is live. What patient games are you picking up? 5 weeks ago:
I know this isn’t all _that _ helpful but for me what worked was finally forcing myself to start playing a couple of the games in my backlog. It made me realize that I can really enjoy a lot of the games I already own which decreased my desire to buy new games.

Why ask so much from people who post when you literally contribute no posts yourself?

It’s a teaser/announcement trailer not a gameplay showcase. This is about what it is not whether it’s good or not.

Pretty much. I saw an allergist recently and he said Benadryl doesn’t really help with allergies, but was like, “hey if it helps you sleep go for it.” ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
