I took this a couple years ago - it was a great accidental find!
- Comment on Windows 12 Reportedly Set for Release This Year as a Fully Modular, Subscription-Based, AI-Focused OS 4 weeks ago:
I’m glad to see it was ai translation hallucination, I appreciate you and others in the thread providing a much more accurate link.
That said, I wouldn’t be shocked if MS was behind an easily debunked and inflammatory article like this one. Then when they release their actual unpopular plan, people may say “well that’s not that bad compared to what that one article said they were doing.”

While I feel like your post was off topic, it was not kind of me to reply to you with such rudeness, and with the accusation of being ai. I should not allow my annoyance with the prevalence of ai in nearly every aspect of life lately to cause me to be kind to my fellow humans. I’m sorry for my attitude, and thankful that you and others contribute to the fediverse even when I don’t understand or misinterpret it.

If that’s not an AI response, then you really just took the time to write an essay answer to a completely different question than was asked…

- Comment on Windows users keep losing files to OneDrive, and many don't know why 2 months ago:
Most don’t realize they have it, or that they have a choice. It truly sucks is how few non savvy users realize that Microslop has removed their files and placed them on OneDrive instead (read “stolen.”) Between that and unannounced silent Bitlocker encryption, Windows has become more dangerous and destructive than any ransomware out there.
