Can anyone tell me what the fuck an organic account and organic posting is? Is this the def?
Organic social media refers to unpaid content that individuals and brands share on social media to engage audiences without paid ads or direct selling.

I agree but the biggest defense for this is to always assume you’re being recorded when in public even if you’re not. You never know.
The issue becomes relevant in private spaces, to me. Nobody with smart glasses is coming into my home.

This could also be evolutionary… Imagine 2 cavemen walking through a forest. The woman scans the periphery while the male focuses ahead. It may be an evolutionary thing.

Well yes, it was, but it worked, and it was still better than everything else. I’ve been on discord for 9 years.
Embedded browsers aren’t necessarily bad design. They’re super fast to develop, and if done well, can work super efficiently. A browser can have a billion tabs open and work just fine. The same can go with an electron app given that the devs give 2 shits about optimization.
Though if the Discord team doesn’t care about optimizing the electron app, they wouldn’t give a shit about optimizing a desktop app either.

I agree with everything you said, but Discord is also an asshole itself. It could not sell out, but it did. There are plenty of projects who kept their integrity against selling out even though they could’ve generated millions

Not really. At the beginning it was amazing. It took 0 resources to run while gaming and the call quality was miles ahead, nevermind the flexibility around servers and what you could do with them.
Then, as all things, it turned to shit once ot gained market share.

No issues so far
My toothbrush is probably doing heavy lifting haha
I do dental checkups yearly, only got praise from the dentist so far
Though I do try to eat cereal rarely, I realise it’s probably not too healthy and too sugary.
- Comment on Your teenager AND your husband 3 weeks ago:
Idk??? I guess my parents always did it and I kept doing it until I’m now in my 20’s
I eat all kinds of cereal. Nowadays I do half simple corn flakes and half oats with chocolate chips so I don’t take in tooo much sugar
When I was little my parents would always buy sugary cereal.
Well…
I guess I just found out not to do this around other people LOL

Look man I really don’t have anything againsnt what you’re saying, we’re both arguing for assumptions here, there’s no point
But I guess I’ll ask this, to get to more practical things: what do you think he should do?
I think the best thing he could do is sell to someone that needs the property to live in it. But I won’t hold it against him if he chooses to keep and rent out the property unless it’s solely for profits. Keeping a property for a while to make sure you won’t need it before selling it, is fine in my head.
- Comment on Rent is theft 3 weeks ago:
Huh? I don’t follow
I said him owning it is better than a laege company owning it
I mean isn’t that better??? You can reason with a guy, given that he’s reasonable, but you have no chance with a company. And his price is probably lower than that of a company looking to maximise profits with constant market data available to them
- Comment on Rent is theft 3 weeks ago:
What? I said
selling to someone who needs it
As in someone that needs it to live in it
- Comment on Rent is theft 3 weeks ago:
Well, selling to someone who needs it would be best in my book but yea… You staying the owner is a billion times better than some company or land developer buying it… You’re right, no hard feelings
- Comment on Rent is theft 3 weeks ago:
While you are undoubtedly better than what I’m about to say… I still wouldn’t say you’re a good guy in this instance.
But, the real massive issue I see here is that big companies and rich douchebags use owning land and housing solely for profit. THAT should be illegal.
Renting out property between individuals should pe perfectly legal though, as long as some now-inexistent laws are followed, like not being able to hoard housing for rent money.
Renting solely for profit should be illegal.
Renting just to be able to keep a property that you may need in the future should be legal.
