Ah yes, more shady behavior under the guise of “national security”.

Yeah I agree with you on the AI issue. It’s funny because they all try to pander like it’s supposed to benefit us but on Wall Street and to investors, their tone is all about how it disrupt regular people in the name of profit. So ridiculous lol

NYT is basically a corporation with their billionaire owners. They’ve allowed some pretty shitty people to write opinion articles. Although, they still have some pretty great journalism overall.

Yeah these corporations do not care at all and the lawsuits they get are almost always a joke

I really like maps and YouTube though. That is really the main things I struggle getting rid of. Maps not so much for navigation but for exploring local businesses and YouTube is a monopoly.

Even worse, they are literally all like this among the tech companies. They are all cancerous vermin.

Or when tech is in the hands of a select few vile men, it is becoming a net negative. It definitely is not for the public good.

I thought in America all the CEOs are geniuses and put on pedestals because they have money? You know, having money makes one an infallible genius.

Same deal with lawyers that go into public interest. It pays super low, compared to corporate and similar that has money to throw at their employees.

I’ll believe it when I see it. Knowing the current admin, they just need to give Trump some bitcoin and he’ll allow this to go through.

Because until it hits market, it’s almost meaningless. These journalists do the same shit with drugs in trials or early research.

I wouldn’t mind it if it didn’t lack sports so much. That is half the reason I would be on Reddit.

Yeah I was kind of an asshole. I’m sorry. I’ll work on that when I have more time to show you.
- Comment on Got Banned for Fixing Roku — The Paul Blart Mod Chronicles 3 weeks ago:
We need more users. For sports for example, I doubt you’d even have even users for individual teams. A general sports community might be feasible though.

Tbf, this place is still missing a bunch of communities that Reddit has
- Comment on She is making a GREAT point 3 weeks ago:
Because it sounds good to people that never made it beyond high school level biology or bothers to search things
- Comment on She is making a GREAT point 3 weeks ago:
Did you read the actual study or FDA report as to why they pulled the trial? High school level Americans fall for sensationalized articles and journalists report on things they are clueless about all the time
- Comment on She is making a GREAT point 3 weeks ago:
The point of the post was to say that BC should be for men because “it just makes sense”. You are spewing a bunch of nonsense unrelated to what is being pushed by the meme and I said exactly 0 of those things. I’m already aware. People that never made it beyond high school level topics should really stop.
- Comment on She is making a GREAT point 3 weeks ago:
People who didn’t make it beyond high school level biology think this meme is some sort of hard hitting argument 😆 it is much easier to control terminating 1-2 eggs in a cycle than millions of sperm without causing infertility.
- Comment on She is making a GREAT point 3 weeks ago:
Source?
- Comment on She is making a GREAT point 3 weeks ago:
No one is saying both sides should not be responsible. The initial photo from OP is implying that BC was initially for women out of misogyny or some other malicious reason. It is MUCH easier to terminate 1-2 viable eggs through a cycle than millions of sperm without causing infertility.
- Comment on She is making a GREAT point 3 weeks ago:
Yeah they try to make this sound like an intelligent argument or that they designed birth control for women out of misogyny. It’s much easier to get one or two eggs terminated in a cycle vs eliminating millions of sperm without causing infertility. I don’t think the people that spew this understand.

Nah there was and is a lot of good and unique content on there. Of course, the orange cancer and his right wing billionaires taint it.

It’s incredibly annoying how sensitive Reddit is. You can get banned for the smallest things and even without evidence. I get wanting to foster community and communication but they will stagnate much more wrinkly than other social media apps with their current policies. I don’t see how they’ll keep growing and satisfy shareholders with their banning happy way of doing things. I do not feel like setting up another email and using a different VPN location every time they ban me.
