Usually I keep everything on Debian, but I’ve been thinking in making some changes, like running mint on my kids laptops. My rock64 is running armbian, due some problems with latest Debian on it and DietPi on an rpi3. Oh yeah, an rpi4 is running has, due to my absolutely laziness 😂

Yeap, the price of security and stability is not having the latest bling. I’m fine with that.

@CallMeMrFlipper@lemmy.world and @iamthetot@piefed.ca I used a setting on immich called “partner sharing” or something like it (my immich instance is on ptBR). If I’m not mistaken, it was on my account settings. There I can mark an option to my partners photos be shown on my timeline. There’s something That I have to do on looged on their accounts as well, but I can’t quite remeber it now.

Gonna wait to update my podman instance. I’d like immich to have a better mamagement in a multiuser enviroment. I have my wife and kids phones sending photos to it, but I’d like to edit or exclude images from their accounts from mine.

Thanks everyone for the support. Thinks look really tricky with invidious, and I’m thinking to stay with the public instances :)

Wow, thanks a lot for the tip! I’ll have a look at them. I tested with an incandescent bulb in series with the power supply. It lit up brightly, indicating a short circuit. I also tested for continuity directly at the power cord, which confirmed the short. I tested the transformer apart from the circuit, and it’s working fine.
