The monthly payment for your ‘auto-focus tier 2’ plan is due. Failure to submit will result in immediate suspension of the total bullshit you signed up for.

Oh I remember this bullshit. I remember when headphones used to just work. Now they take 10+ minutes of my day troubleshooting the connection, battery, pairing, etc. to listen to music which I now rent but used to own on a stereo which didn’t surveil me and sell my data. NOW your telling me I can go FUCK MYSELF with new techbro glasses? SIGN ME UP!

Everyone watched as Tim Cook bowed and kissed the ring. The coward was already his namesake.

Fair enough but still - Actual artists are not always under contract and hired to do art as a job. Many many amazing artists get little or no compensation for their efforts.
- Comment on Artists dump X as launch of new AI image editing feature sparks outrage - Cryptopolitan 2 weeks ago:
actual artists should have a dedicated team
now thats some gatekeeping. AcTuAL arTISSts sHOuld have dedicateD TeaMs? Get a clue drawers, painters, guitar players, singers, sculptors who DON"T have a dedicated team.

None of this is funny. Please stop anyone you know or your business from using/ adopting this and other related tech. Use shame or shunning or whatever. This shit is already culture ending and redefining, job destroying and increasing economic disparity. Boycott Open AI, Meta, Stability, etc. etc. Make it dirty, embarrassing, disgusting to use or its infiltration will complete and “the haves” will have much much more than ever, and the have nots will be able to complain at their personal surveillance pocket kiosk.

Technofascists wants everything you have for their use. AI steals your artists, writers, academics works. Surveillance capitalism wants to live invisibly inside your world to report to others. The majority of our dozy fuck public is wholly complicit. America is not a democracy.
- Comment on OpenAI to share 8% of its revenue with commercial partners, The Information reports 3 months ago:
They will not. AI is fundamentally an unethically sourced technology at an unprecedented global and historical scale. With no enforcement, its barely a mild inconvenience for those profiting from the worlds artist, writers, musicians, programmers and academics. These factions of humanity will never recover as AI pollutes these watersheds of creativity from now on. It’s not even a consideration for the public using this technology, who can’t imagine what having your life’s work scanned, analyzed, and re-output for profit by the masters of greed from silicon valley feels like. TLDR: enshittifed culture go brrrrr
