- Comment on Do you preorder games? 1 day ago:
I pre-ordered a game twice now. The first one was Stalker 2 and the second Death Stranding 2. I am unhappy with Stalker 2 (I’m still waiting on the preorder physical) but I have the Death Stranding one. If you care about the bonuses I’d say it’s a gamble.
- Comment on What is the cheapest console to get and collect for that still holds up? 1 week ago:
I play Gameboy advance all the time. And the Nintendo DS and DS lite can play GBA games for an even bigger library. Both you can find for around $40. Also flashcarts for DS is very cheap, I think around $15. GBA carts are around $30 I think.

Elegant and beautiful.

The person in the video seems to be pressing very hard to get it to register the presses… Looks painful for long sessions.
- Comment on Sliced off the tip of my thumb, what are some good one handed games? 1 month ago:
Try Neo Scavenger if you like things like Zomboid
- Comment on Would you like to playtest a new indie game? Just completed first playable version of my psychological horror/moral choice simulation. 1 month ago:
I’m interested. I’m also on Linux so I’ll be able to provide feedback about Proton and Steam Deck compatibility.

I can’t say for certain if steering wheels or LEDs work, but I know gamepads work better than on Windows, especially Sony ones. DuelSense works perfect. It only works if plugged in but as far as I’m aware that’s how it works on Windows.

I am a PC gamer and I exclusively use Linux. It’s completely viable for gaming, I can say for a fact.

I’ve been playing it and it’s pretty fun
- Comment on Funco Advert for Nintendo Games (1991) 3 months ago:
Well the difference now is that the games aren’t stored on expensive cartridges…
- Comment on What's a video game that can run on any sort of device?(besides doom and pong) 5 months ago:
I was disappointed to find out NetHack isn’t on the Apple IIe. I’m not sure if it’s possible though
- Comment on Vintage Story aims to save a piece of Hytale by hiring former Hypixel developers to create a new 'Adventure Mode' for the hardcore survival game 5 months ago:
I’m their blog post they said if it works out, they will probably use their engine to make another separate game
- Comment on xkcd #3114: Building a Fire 5 months ago:
Cabin method is better when you want to cook above the fire. The flames stay low, but on tee pee method, the flames go too high and scorch the food.

The story is good… It doesn’t make sense at first because it’s so complex. Kojima likes making complex stories, he did the same thing with Metal Gear. The story was my favorite part of Death Stranding.
- Comment on What’s the best, reasonably priced, handheld device I can buy to play GameCube games? 5 months ago:
Steam Deck. I suppose you could get a small emulation handheld but I think the steam deck is a better experience all around for like $200 used.
