Unlike wars and violence that bring pleasure without consequences to the rich fucks who send kids to kill themselves for them.
Certainly, we should have more wars and less sex, it only makes sense, right?
- Comment on a girl can never be hyperfeminine/sexual, chaotic, unfiltered online without ulterior motives allegations 6 days ago:
American/christianism puritanism at its best.
We’ve been taught that violence is fine, every human is violent and, in some cases, it’s even a good thing. But god forbid you manifest sexual desires in public!
Like… mate, do you realize that violence only brings pain while sex brings pleasure?
Then you realize that the whole point of both is to make your life miserable and things start making sense.

WWII seems to be a good example of war literally right outside the countries involved.
We’re not that generation of people. We are much less interested in war, and proof is how many people in Europe today don’t want a war with Iran. It’s not “just a few”.
Now I’d imagine the immediate aftermath of the collapse would slow conflicts for a time. However, I think the collapse of the US would increase the already increasing desire for weapons production in Europe and with “defense companies” in the US dissolving, the manpower would head wherever there is pay for weapons. (Or it would stay in the US forming terrifying little weapons manufacturer feudalist states still making weapons for wars across the sea… I really shouldn’t give the universe any ideas…)
Europe only wants weapons because the world is becoming more violent since burgerland elected the pedofile.
I also think the collapse of the US will fuel the already growing right wing movements in other countries as Nationalism and “protecting our country from the enemy” will become even stronger pathos in the wake of fear and insecurity caused by the upset in world order.
Do you know who’s been fueling and powering those right wing movements here? Yup, it’s, again, something from burgerland: facebook, twitter… and now even tiktok. Getting rid of them would only do us good.

Not to be a downer, but if the US fell, do you really think there would no longer be oil or other interests in the Middle East? Do you think Israel would simply give up and actually keep a peace treaty just because the American government fell?
Yes. I do. I think most people don’t want a war that can reach their homes, and the reason why burgerlanders are not so worried about wars is because they always happen half a planet away from them.
And yeah, I absolutely believe that the new nazis of our world would be much more calm and collected and much less nazis if they didn’t have the biggest military of the world backing every nazi thing they do as the good lap dogs they are.

At no point in my lifetime has there not been war going on in the Middle East
And every time you look closely, there’s a Burgerland president somehow involved. I wonder if there’s anything we could do…

- Comment on xkcd #3214: Electric Vehicles 2 weeks ago:
Most cars come with fast charge in DC. You can add a good amount of range in like 15-20 minutes. The ones not coming with fast charge are mostly city cars that don’t need it anyways.
- Comment on xkcd #3214: Electric Vehicles 2 weeks ago:
I recently got a byd atto 3. Really happy with it.
The depreciation I’ve seen, at least here, is not very different to the one I see in non-electric cars.
- Comment on xkcd #3214: Electric Vehicles 2 weeks ago:
Depreciation is pointless if you plan to keep your car until it breaks. The range is mostly an excuse that people use to justify they don’t want an EV. Most cars today have at least 400km range and fast charge that’s quick enough to give you a good range from a 15 min stop. Nobody should be driving 1000km non-stop as they claim they’ll be (and which is the main reason they use to talk about the range).
- Comment on xkcd #3214: Electric Vehicles 2 weeks ago:
Oh, yeah! I forgot that one!
When you ask them how many times they found themselves with a thermic car doing 1000km without stopping they usually tell you: never, but what if I had to?
Bitch, if you need to do 1000km without stopping, you should be taking a train or a plane. Driving 10-12 hours without a single stop is bad and dangerous.
- Comment on xkcd #3214: Electric Vehicles 2 weeks ago:
that’s completely fine. If your car works, you shouldn’t throw it away, that is wasteful.
- Comment on xkcd #3214: Electric Vehicles 2 weeks ago:
As an EV owner, I have recieved an interesting amount of reasons why people won’t buy them:
- The autonomy is not real (so far it’s been in my case and in any case, in italy, for how people drive, the declared consumptions are all fake because people here only drives by pressing the accelerator to the bottom)
- What if there’s a blackout in the whole city and you can’t charge your car? (The whole city, for a long time? I’d be worried about other stuff, but go on…)
- What if all the public plugs are occupied when you want to charge and you find yourself without battery to go to “ork tomorrow? (ALL OF THEM? At the same time? And why are you waiting to charge your car until it reaches 1% charge?)
- What if you come back from a long trip and have a 10% battery remaining and then you recieve an emergency call and have to leave immediately and you can’t because the 50-60km you have in your battery are not enough to reach your destination? (I can get to a quick charge station and get 200km in 15mins or so? The world is not ending? And if it’s THAT urgent then I should be calling an ambulance anyway, because I probably need one)
- I don’t want an automatic car! I love changing my gear! (Thank fuck I got rid of the clutch and the gears… never been happier when I drive!)
- Ah… but the speed, the torque of a thermic sports car… (Dude, you can’t afford a sports car, what the thell are you talking about? And even if I can’t either and I have a pretty average EV, you should just press the accelerator of an EV to the bottom and see for yourself)
- But it’s all about the feeling… the sound… (oh, I get it now… you want to “feel powerful” making everyone look at you and your noise making machine… yeah, I can’t compete there, and I don’t even want to anyway)
- But the electricity is made by burning fuel! (Most of it comes from green sources and, anyway, what the hell do you think your car run on? Water? Are you not very intelligent?)
- But the lithium comes from child labor!! (Says while casually using their iPhone, wearing clothes made in a third world country…)
After this, they usually proceed to make absurd claims like “I don’t care, I just don’t trust EVs.

They are mandatory in Ireland, so please stop the “Europe” stuff.
I haven’t said they are not mandatory in Europe. I have said that I am European and haven’t seen them in the countries I lived in.
Tell me, are Spain and Italy countries that for some reason disqualify you from being European or did you just have a rough morning?
- Comment on YSK Your smoke detectors should be replaced every 7-10 years 3 weeks ago:
I’m genuinely curious: why do you need smoke detectors? I’m asking as an european that has lived without them all their life in more than one country. They are not mandatory here and not even common. What’s the reason to install ther? (I know the reason is to detect smoke, I’m asking the underlying reason behind the need to detect smoke)

I’ve worked for a touristic business where I live and I had to talk to many usians a day.
I learned there are two types of usians: 1. Those who come to the country to enjoy it; and they are usually cool people with whom you can have a great time. 2. Those who come to the country to be served. And they are extremely insufferable assholes to whom I only wish an intestinal bug that lets them stuck in the bathroom for the whole holiday.
Other than that, it was almost impossible to tell therr political compass.

There is an issue in autistic individuals with textures. And it’s an issue you can’t really understand if you don’t suffer it. Yeah, I dress by texture rather than fashion. And those tags are hellish to me and many other autistic people in ways that only them understand.
It’s kinda concerning and pretty annoying when some people start with the “this is a normal reaction, not an autistic thing”.
