Lmfao why do people value the opinion of this idiot so fucking much. People sort of take him to be an authority of video games in general
He’s been working on an rpg-maker tier game for a literal decade, and it’s a barely a half cooked mess, like 2-3 hours of unfinished gameplay.
I think anyone can now ask an AI to produce a game like this and it’ll be actually better. Yet he parades around as an industry expert, saying at every chance that he “worked at blizzard!!1!”
It’s laughable how anyone cares what he has to say…
- Comment on The end of Windows 10 is approaching, so it's time to consider Linux and LibreOffice 1 week ago:
I downvoted it.
For starters I’ve seen this exact post a few times over the past 3 months in this community.
Secondly, the comments go exactly the same in these threads:
- “linux can do everything, no faults at all, windows sucks”
- “but I use windows for x and y and linux can’t do it”
- “how dare you insult linux, you should not be doing x and y, just do it with this app (which is completely inferior)”
Next, windows does everything I want it to do, I disabled and uninstalled everything I didn’t want easily through settings & group policy, and it hasn’t bothered me since.

You certainly won’t be told what ‘core telemetry’ is required at any point in time.
Except the Diagnostics Data Viewer has been a thing for a long time and tells you exactly what data is sent back as telemetry. Now if you don’t believe it that another topic.
at least I haven’t seen anyone prove it sends all data of your machine

I meant that prior to the switch 2 I only had a 3ds. I’ve been out of the loop on nintendo stuff during all that time

I can’t understand why they still ship a plastic screen. Surely there are other ways to keep glass from exploding that don’t involve a top plastic layer.
I got a screen protector first thing for mine. In a matter of months any unprotected screens will turn into shit.
I guess this is typical nintendo, haven’t used bought from them since the 3ds.

There’s many of them, and quite a few on this thread
- Comment on Wikipedia Pauses AI-Generated Summaries After Editor Backlash 2 weeks ago:
These summaries are useless anyways because the AI hallucinates like crazy… Even the newest models constantly make up bullshit.
It can’t be relied on for anything, and it’s double work reading the words it shits out when you still gotta double check it’s not made up crap.

Yes that’s something they gotta do to help fix the root problem. I meant more that even if they fix it today, there will be chaos still in the coming years from not enough young people to replace old people retiring and paying taxes to support everything.
They have to let people in from other places easily.
- Comment on lemm.ee is shutting down at the end of this month 3 weeks ago:
I ended up choosing this one, since it’s small and it helps spread the user load around.
Alternatively, if you want to delete your lemm.ee profile, now is the best time to do it, so the deletion can federate out before we go offline.
I also decided to nuke my account, unfortunately when lemm.ee shuts down this implies users will lose control over the content saved on other instances without ability to remove it.
If you nuke it now the deletion will still sync through fediverse.

Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba has called the situation a “quiet emergency”, pledging family-friendly measures like more flexible working hours to try and reverse the trend.
Nah dude it’s over. Not just in Japan but in most developed countries. Changes were needed decades ago. The only way to survive it is to relax immigration, not by “maybe” cutting work hours.
