People don’t hate on other Tesla vehicles as much because there is plausible deniability of the being naughty before Elon when mask off Nazi. The cyber truck was announced after he gave everyone good reason to not support him.
The design is not only ugly, it’s also dangerous, hard to maintain and repair, (and I believe the repair work must be done by Tesla mechanics) and very distinct. Other ugly cars are ugly yes, but they aren’t nearly as eye catching as the mobile refrigerators.
Indian tech bros and white finance bros can be right wing too.
Yeah many right wingers hate electric vehicles. Which highlights why it was such a bad idea for Elon to be so openly a Nazi. He pissed off the people that want electric vehicles, and sided with people that hate them.

A Culvers opened up near me, and that is where I have been getting my spicy chicken sandwich fix. It’s so much better, and it just about the same price as Wendy’s. I should try to find more local non-chain options though.

Not surprised. There prices are absurd at this point, and the quality of the food has been going down for years. I used to love there spicy chicken sandwich. But then the quality started to drop. At first it was just a bad sandwich every now and again, but the ratio of good sandwich and bad sandwich slowly got worse until I finally decided I had had enough. Haven’t been back to Wendy’s in about a year at this point. And their fires are decent when fresh, but quickly become worse as they get lose their freshness.

For those interested, “One Pace” is a fan edit that removes a lot of recap and shit. I just got my GF caught up not too long ago using one pace and I think it is the way to go if you insist on watching it and not reading it. One pace isn’t caught up, but it will get you through a lot of it.

It was a while ago that I noticed the decline in quality, they may have course corrected since then. But there was a point in time where videos had a very sudden and noticable drop in quality. I forget which video it was, but I wasn’t the only one that noticed it.

Maybe I should give the channel another chance. There was a noticeable shift in quality on the channel, but maybe they course corrected since then.

Oh, so that is why Veritasium went to shit. That’s such a shame. It was a great channel that I was excited about when a new video would drop. Then low quality videos started coming out and I don’t watch them anymore. Haven’t unsubscribe yet though, maybe I should get around to that.
- Comment on What are some good places/activities where a middle-aged man can new make friends? 8 months ago:
Yeah, they might, but I have also seen someone that required a wheelchair perform, and they did a great job. As someone that doesn’t have a disability that interferes with movement, it’s hard for me to say much about performing improv from that perspective, but I think it’s worth a shot. I understand trying to be realistic about what you can and can’t do, but I also think it’s important to try and stretch yourself to see what’s possible. But again, I don’t know your situation or your perspective, so I could be talking out of my ass here. Beginner classes are usually very casual and low stakes, focused on just having fun, getting out of your comfort zone, and learning the basics.

I recommend taking an improv class. I recently started taking classes and it’s been a lot of fun and pretty challenging at times. Taking classes and being that vulnerable with others basically streamlines the friend making process. My class group usually goes out to a bar to hang out and chat after class every week, and we have been inviting others to hang out periodically. It’s absolutely disabled people friendly too (At least my theater is, they have a ramp for the stage and everything.) you can also learn some skills to help become better at communication and ease social anxiety. I’ve really noticed the changes in my life.
It’s a daunting idea, but it so worth giving it a shot

I just binged this series the other day. I love how cute the two main characters are with each other. Very wholesome. Their relationship progresses at a fairly steady rate. I recommend it to anyone that is interested in lesbian romance manga.
