I saw one where guys in a shop made their own beyblades and arena out of metal scrap and spun them up with drills, nice healthy boys will be boys masculinity.

I like to count the firetrucks that go by on holidays, people out here are wild with their fireworks.
Which also reminds me I need to make sure my renter’s insurance is good before the 4th and pickup my pupper some CBD treats
- Comment on is it normal to feel tired for weeks after running and doing yoga every day for almost 6 months? 2 weeks ago:
The heat takes a lot more out of you than you’ll realize. Listen to your body and take it easier, one of the things it’s trying to do is regulate heat by telling you to generate less. If you want to do more activity take it indoors until it cools down.
- Comment on Why is the progress pride flag so poorly designed (especially the intersex progress pride flag)? Will it be redesigned? 2 weeks ago:
I think you’re missing the forest for the trees and I don’t think I’ll be engaging with your slippery slope argument ✌️
- Comment on Why is the progress pride flag so poorly designed (especially the intersex progress pride flag)? Will it be redesigned? 2 weeks ago:
The Progress flag stands for the progress that has been made and the progress that STILL NEEDS TO BE MADE against racism and transphobia as well as memorializing those we lost to AIDS.
So yes, while the original flag is meant to include all the LGBT+ communities, progress stands for more than inclusion for a lot of us ✌️

The primary reason it’s copyrighted is to prevent corporations from profiting off of it.

My sister once tried to come at me with the 5g antenna vaccine thing.
“Do you have a source? That sounds like fox news.”
She spent almost an hour on her phone trying to find something credible and then never brought it up again.

They’ll often use paint and/or make minor modifications to make things harder to recognize or spot :) could be a different model or it could have been missing a button in the prop room!

Spotting things being used as props in movies is so much fun, thank you for this one.

The foster care system is complicit in child trafficking, and the politicians are in on it. I recall a news story where a politician was “helping” pregnant women with visas and trafficking them and the babies.
- Comment on Dehorning of S.African rhinos slashed poaching: study 5 weeks ago:
I remember reading about some really good fake ivory making a big hit against the trade. Hopefully something like that could help the rhinos too.
I also wonder if poachers could be insentivised to dehorn instead of killing as another harm reduction.

Although Holy Water™ may be diluted indefinitely and still be considered “holy” we do recommend 70% HBV (Holy by Volume) for your anti-undead topical needs and dilution below 40% for internal purification.

I remember the “bulletproof coffee” trend being grass fed butter, but I could be wrong. Either way I doubt there’s any health benefits other than it not being a starbucks milkshake.

Good beans, ground fresh, brewed well. A touch of real cream (not creamer), a spoonful of sugar, and a splash of something alcoholic 🤌

That’s excellent, I found the distrochooser recently while coming back to linux and was happy when it recommended the same distro I used years back
- Comment on quick health tip 1 month ago:
It’s actually not bad, you’re basically replacing the creamer. Especially if you’re doing keto or have other dietary restrictions. Coconut or MCT oil can work as a non-dairy replacement and is a main ingredient in non-dairy creamers already.
Good coffee is important, and also only really works if you already like it black or light cream & sugar.
Anyone curious, try adding a pinch of salt to your regular coffee
