Yeah, tipping your dentist is weird, especially since they’re already paid handsomely. Just show up on time and brush your teeth before your visit.

Sounds like my experience making a return at an Amazon Books physical store a few years ago. It was like an airport bookstore filled with bestsellers and generic giftable items, no niche/specialized interests. The returns counter was slammed but there weren’t many people browsing.

Yeah seriously check what else your library has to offer. My library loaned me a brand new pair of Black Diamond trekking poles and I liked them so much that I bought by own pair.
