- Comment on RAM prices soar, but popular Windows 11 apps are using more RAM due to Electron, Web components 1 week ago:
That just opens the market for subscription hardware. You will own nothing and you will be happy.
- Comment on Scheduling is hard 2 weeks ago:
I can only speak for myself, but used to be like that because of poor mental health as hard physical work, and alcohol, kept me from facing my problems.

- Comment on An entire PS5 now costs less than 64GB of DDR5 memory, even after a discount — simple memory kit jumps to $600 due to DRAM shortage, and it's expected to get worse into 2026 3 weeks ago:
Cries in 7300HQ and 1050 😭
- Comment on This is the type of Q&A that makes the internet so important 3 weeks ago:
I think you have a humidity problem if your bathroom is humid all the time.
- Comment on Companies that buy up homes should be known as home scalpers 4 weeks ago:
Also, a lot of people explicitly do not want to own their home as that requires a lot of work to maintain it that is hugely expensive if you can’t do it yourself. I do however agree that “house scalpers” should receive a guillotine haircut for free.
- Comment on Nearly all drivers say headlights are too bright 4 weeks ago:
It’s both, but generally it is drivers activating auto dimming not realising they’re unleashing hellfire upon others. some cars are worse than others though, looking at you Stellantis and Tesla.
- Comment on I always give them money when they have creative signs like this 4 weeks ago:
That sign is factually wrong, there’s no such thing as being too ugly for porn, you just have to compensate by being equally kinky.
- Comment on [deleted] 4 weeks ago:
Need for speed underground 2 is quite possible the most fun arcade racing game ever made, it just managed to hit all the right places like a beautiful world, a bunch of different cars that all made sense, the way you upgraded your car both in performance and in looks. It is just pure fun in a way nobody, neither before or after, have managed replicate.
- Comment on How to Remove Burn Mark from (acrylic ?) Sink 1 month ago:
You can try, but it is likely deeper than you think and will require a lot of sanding. But I would try as a landlord would bill you for a new sink anyway.
- Comment on Reducing power consumption of a desktop PC 1 month ago:
Works perfectly fine on IOS no matter the browser base.
- Comment on hows keto working out for you 2 months ago:
So you’re saying that the theory about über und unter mensch is real, but that the über mensch isn’t white and proud but rather blackish and hairy?
- Comment on Would I sound taller if I gave my height as 6'-4"? 2 months ago:
If you go metric you’ll sound even bigger as 172 is bigger than 5.something. But to answer your question, it’ll only work until people meet you as 8”/20 cm is quite the difference and they will notice. Plus you’ll get the added benefit of being untrustworthy because you’ll lie about such a basic and easy verifiable fact.
- Comment on There is a limit how much power the pedal assist of an e-Bike is allowed to provide (at least in many countries). There is no limit though on how strong the exoskeletton is that you use on a regular b 2 months ago:
Same thing in Denmark, though we have two classes of scooters depending on legal topspeed, 30 and 45km/h, where it’s only the slower ones allowed on cyclepaths. Though we don’t differentiate between fuels.
- Comment on New Arizona law to restrict online porn access; Pornhub will block state 2 months ago:
But that would target all the people in power.
- Comment on Samsung brings ads to US fridges 2 months ago:
Wifey and I bought a new fridge a year ago and even though I made it VERY clear I didn’t want any “smart” features, he kept trying to sell us that shit instead of the liebherr we were interested in. After twenty minutes or so I looked the seller dead in the eyes and told him he just lost 15000kr ($2000) and a customer. We ended up ordering the fridge through Liebherr directly.

- Comment on Big Surprise—Nobody Wants 8K TVs 3 months ago:
I still use a ten year old 1080p Sony TV, and I’ve yet to see a new <$1k TV with a nicer picture than what I have. Granted I don’t really consume any higher resolution content anyway 🤷♂️

My comment is pure sarcasm but couldn’t be bothered to do the alternating bIg/SmAlL letters or the /s.

But what about the convenience?

“He has defended the institution of slavery, and has suggested that certain races may be more naturally inclined toward servitude than others.[3][18] He has argued that whites have inherently higher IQs than black people,[18] and opposes U.S. civil rights programs.[19]”
holy fucking hell

I’m on bazzite KDE and haven’t reconfigured anything because everything just ran smooth, but I realise I might be the minority here.

You don’t know addiction do you? At some point it stops being choice and you need to do whatever it takes to get your fix.
