  Get a little high, pick a high energy album to put on headphones and go for a walk/jog. I used the Zombies Run! app to get from walking to running. Having a voice directing me when to run or walk helped a lot and it is designed to build you up from walking. The story is whatever, but I think having any narrative to follow makes a huge difference over just basic instructions

  Went to a local casino with some friends and saw a Frankenstein themed slot machine with the big curved screen like that and decided to put a couple bucks in it to see what kind of stuff it did. A woman sitting at one warned me that they’re terrible and don’t pay out well before saying how many thousands of dollars she’d put into them, while still putting more in.

  I got an LED installed in my uvula so I can sit outside with my mouth open and moths can find their way in. They bring things that they would put in their mouth if they had one. By the end of a good evening my mouth can get pretty full. Sometimes when I spit out all the tree bark, tiny rocks, and dead moths I wonder if maybe it’s a good thing they doing have mouths since they don’t seem to know what is good to eat. I still share my mouth with them though, they’d know better if they had their own mouths, but they don’t so my charity is the only way they could try out using a mouth.
