- Comment on Hytale won't be on Steam right away, as its devs want to avoid "overindexing on negative reviews" from players who "aren't as well-informed yet" 1 day ago:
I’m not really sure where do you see I’m mad. I just exposed my opinion on what they are doing.
It looks to me as if they where wanting to avoid criticism that they know they will recieve and I simply said that it may or may not work.

I didn’t know because I wasn’t following the game. I have bought several games on early access that were rough, to say the least, and they turned out fine or even great later. If you sell your game on early access and areclear about what people are getting for the set price, people will understand (most of them at least).
It really sounds like they are going to ask for a controversial price with a lackluster game and they fear people will criticize.
If, for example, you sell me an Early Access game with barely 1h of gameplay at 30€, of course I’m gonna be pissed. But if the game price is set at 10€ and looks nice, I’ll probably buy it and either wait for it t be more polished or try it and see if I can give some feedback.
And this is what happens with most EA games

While I understand that negative reviews at launch can kill a game, to me, this reads as
“Our game will be shit at launch and we rather try to launch it ASAP for a few fanboys that will praise us while they give us money from the start than launching on steam a few months later, more polished and without the fear for negative reviews”
Not sure how will it work

We really won’t talk about those “velociraptors”? The annoying kid at the beginning of the movie was the only one to get their description surprisingly accurate when he said they looked like a 2m turkey.
- Comment on Bye, Copilot: Microsoft is making Copilot a hands-free experience on Windows 1 week ago:
It is important to note that this UX modification relates to the Copilot app that is available to all Windows PCs, offering the Microsoft 365 Copilot experience. It does not refer to the built-in Copilot integration available just for Copilot+ PCs. This essentially means that the UX update will be available to a lot more customers since it encompasses all Windows 11 users and Windows 10 remainers, rather than just those with Windows 11 Copilot+ PCs.
Why do they make it sound as if it were a good thing?

- Comment on Bad people and bullies usually have justified reasons for why they are doing bad things, so instead of blaming them, maybe sympathize with them. 4 weeks ago:
Just because you had a shitty life doesn’t mean you can make other people’s lives miserable.
I was bullied during most of my childhood and highschool years. Are you telling me that I should sympathise with my bullies because they had a rough time? I had an awful time thanks to them and I didn’t go making other people’s lives shitty. And I didn’t have their sympathy either.
For my bullies I don’t have sympathy. I don’t have hate either, because they don’t deserve anything from me.
- Comment on What's gluetun? 5 weeks ago:
It’s not a “normal” vpn client. It allows you to create a network in your server using a variety of vpn providers so other containers can use it to connect to the internet. You use tailscale to connect to your server from outside home, but you use gluetun for your containers to connect to the outside world without exposing your real IP.
- Comment on Suggestions to have a home server VPN and and Mullvad at the same time? 2 months ago:
Okay so… what about using tailscale? You set as exit node your server, which is configured with gluetun to connect to a VPN (or ideally, it’s online through a router that has itself a VPN for all the connections). Then you connect through tailscale to your homeserver and exit the internet through it (which is already under a VPN).
- Comment on Suggestions to have a home server VPN and and Mullvad at the same time? 2 months ago:
Why don’t you just use Shelter to create a work profile on your phone? The work profile can have a second vpn connection. I do this with my homeserver. The apps that connect to the home server are installed in the work profile so they have permanent access to the homeseraer while the normal profile is on my external vpn.

You know? In Spanish, there’s an idiom: “irse a hacer gargaras” (literally “go to gargle”) that we say when something or someone ends poorly or incredibly wrong. This… well, he did go.

I’m just not really sure we want to see a scene that might leave the famous alien “birth” of the first movie as something mild. That’s all.
I’m moderately sure human rectums aren’t made to give birth.

Ah but see? They have “the good genes” so of course they won’t be culled. Not like “neurodivergents” or “disabled”. We should cull those because “they won’t get a girlfriend”.

Fuck you. Sincerely. As an autistic person.
I don’t need someone to kill me before I’m born, what ri need is people that accept that I need accomodations different than the ones neuromilds need.
Fucking hell… You live in a world that is full of accomodations for neuromilds, without which, you’d live in hell. And instead of recognising how easy it is for you thanks to those accorodations, you want to purge us?
Damn how I wish you lived through the life of one of us just for one day…

- Comment on Can you trust your VPN? How Facebook turned a VPN into a surveillance engine 3 months ago:
Can you trust your VPN?
A comprehensive checklist:
-
Is your VPN completely free?
-
Has your VPN a referral program with discount codes and money if a friend joins?
-
Is your VPN sponsorized by big streamers?
The more “yes” you find in that list, the less you should trust your VPN.
-
Is your VPN audited?
-
Can you access those audits?
-
Can you pay in anonymous currencies (cash or crypto)?
-
Can you track them to their real parent company?
The more “no” you find in that list, the less you should trust your VPN.
If your VPN has checks all the wrong answers, you should dump it ASAP (if you are worried about privacy).
