- Comment on Xbox as a platform is officially dead 1 week ago:
I think the steamdeck is the closest to a console-like experience, but yeah consoles have been PCs for a long time they just make it very simple to install/load games because it is a closed platform where they control every aspect of distribution
I understand the frustration with Xbox slowly dying, but this is all microslop’s fault.

- Comment on MSI's $80 AMD motherboards with DDR4 support swoop in to rescue gamers amid the global RAM crisis 2 weeks ago:
GTA IV was released for the same generation of consoles, and also there was only a 5 year difference between the releases.
GTA V came out in 2013… almost 13 years ago and we are two generations ahead console-wise.
I’m just skeptical at the idea that GTA VI will run well on Steam Deck, maybe on the future Steam Machine

not sucking Trump’s administration while denouncing censorship only when your company is affected (oh yeah and all that on Elon’s Twitter)
I wouldn’t compare this to pornhub, pornhub is not responsible for hosting one of the biggest DNS resolvers

literally, I let my VISA expire and it was hard because I live on the frontier so I’ll miss out on a lot of things but it is not worth it last time I needed to cross the border I was detained for an extra hour (not counting the queue) just because I didn’t cross during the pandemic
fuck the US, fuck fascism

- Comment on 7 years later, Valve's Proton has been an incredible game-changer for Linux 6 months ago:
AFAIK manufacturers don’t have to pay for Linux And if MacOS is really free you would be able to manufacture and sell devices using it but there is not a single one
MacOS is free just like Windows is free (the license is included in your purchase of the hardware)

Yeah, different education methods should be used for different learning capabilities. I’m thankful my teachers in elementary school quickly learned that as long as you kept me busy with new info or math problems I would be happy.
