  Librewolf(private and less intrusive defaults) + noscript (blocking useless JavaScript) + jsshelter (Javascript sanitization) + Ublock Origin(blocking trackers)

  yeah,most chinese companies i see offer their entire model Openly (even the ones that the AI companies uses themselves)
  example of this:
  Deepseek (most famous of them all)
  Alibaba cloud(Qwen)
