- Comment on Is it possible to reverse pit a copcar before they pit you? Like if you know a cop is going to pit you on their right side, can you use your left back end to hit them first? 1 week ago:
Ive always thought the best way to escape would be to tap the brakes suddenly so the police car slams into the back of tbe car its chasing just hard enough to damage its radiator. Would that work?
- Comment on 'Buy one, get one free' deals for unhealthy food banned in supermarkets 4 months ago:
So if I want one lettuce which only has a short shelf life, but there is a buy one get one free deal, I’ll probably pick up two. Because I can only eat one lettuce before it goes bad, the second lettuce will be binned before its even started. All buy one get one free deals should be banned - if you want us to buy more of a product, halve the price!
- Comment on Could We Harvest Power From Lightning? 6 months ago:
Of course we could. However, a normal lightening bolt contains around 100 dollar’s worth of electricity. The cost of the equipment to capture and convert that power would be 100’s of thousands of dollars. Combined with the uncertainty of the supply, it’d be a heck of a vanity project.

If you are polite to a potential scammer on the phone or on the internet, you are giving them a chance to persuade you into being scammed. Block at will.
- Comment on If you are “deemed not to be doing what you are told you will suddenly find out missiles won’t fire and planes won’t fly 11 months ago:
Its rumoured that in the Falklands war (early 80’s) after a UK ship was hit by a French-made Exocet missile fired by Argentina, UK diplomats massively pressurised their ally, France, to provide the required codes which could be radioed to future in-flight exocets. further french-made armaments would not be able to hit the UK forces.

Every extra oil well widens the availability of the product, that’s bad. Please stop drilling.
