Only draw back is getting replacement parts when they go down.
I remember an old Undergrads ep where Gimpy was at a pc war games/hacker camp and when he tried to hack in to the opponents systems they were using like 10 yr old macs (at the time 2001 was when the series aired) and he couldn’t

- Comment on Trump tariff drama carries high stakes for US automakers, car buyers 2 months ago:
We just told him that “Yes, we will spend $1.3B on border security.” Just didn’t say that this was all negotiated under Biden, just like Mexico’s 10k troops at the border, negotiated with Biden. Trump is really getting things done internationally isn’t he?

- Comment on Facebook and Instagram to Unleash AI-Generated ‘Users’ No One Asked For 3 months ago:
I don’t care how hard to look at the (real) person is, I don’t care if they sound like Janice Joplin, I will take that over the soulless AI read script any day. I did watch a few of these AI chans, as they had stuff I was interested in, but I just can’t anymore, tone matters. I want to giggle at the real person mispronouncing words, stumbling (very briefly) over words (editing is a thing). I hope it doesn’t get to the point I can no longer tell the difference, at that point I think I just quit the tubes

I remember the burning heat of the metal slide as a kid. Our play structures were much larger than this postage stamp tho. The area shown here was about the footprint of the structure, we also had a huge litter box… I mean sand box under it to limit broken bones from falling 12’+. Some kids bounced, others did not
- Comment on Minecraft is losing VR support next year 5 months ago:
There is a game called cyubeVR on steam and PS2VR, built from the ground up for vr. It is a great fun game with a solo dev. Highly suggest checking it out, there are quite a few videos on it and it is highly modable. It is sad that the big cos are dropping support

I cannot seem to find that setting in uefi to turn on that chip… Anyway, I keep trying to get my VR library (98 games) to register more than 3, and room setup is a major stroke of luck.
If there are any suggestions on a distro that will power my rtx 4070ti super, ryzen 7 3800, 32 gb ram, HTC Vive, on its own 4tb sata SSD, I would like to hear them. So far Kubuntu has gotten me the closest.
