There's a bundle that gives you even more off

Steam says Very Positive (87%) and it's 80% off (more for me, because I already own X4) so I just went ahead and bought it

The leaker threatened to continue leaking stuff unless Rockstar promised to cut back on the crap and act in gamer's best interests.

No. iIRC the leaker is pissed off at gratuitous microtransactions, live service slop and other AAA shenanigans

Still playing Vintage Story, the hardcore survival minecraft for adults. I just finished my cementation furnace to make steel, so I'm prepping a lot of charcoal and iron ingots.
Also, a game I wasn't patient for: Iron Nest. A pretty good dieselpunk tank game where the focus is on mapping, reconnaissance and calculating firing solutions. The sound of the massive cannons is just epic. Most satisfying BOOM ever.

Lol, that's awesome. Any idea what they did to fix it? Allow unadopted kittens to be slaughtered?

Dwarf Fortress is filled with tales of such hilarious bugs. Have you seen the one about drunk cats? https://www.pcgamer.com/how-cats-get-drunk-in-dwarf-fortress-and-why-its-creators-havent-figured-out-time-travel-yet/

I got it a few months ago. It's great and fun, but once I launched the rocket and finished the game, I did not find it hard to put down. I will definitely do another play through soon though!

I got The Invincible in the Steam summer sale for very cheap. It's a walking simulator scifi mystery with Flash Gorden aesthetics. Pretty fun but also very slow.

Or not. It's good to have an offline hobby.
- Comment on What are you all buying during the Steam summer sale? 2 months ago:
I got "Divinity Original Sin 2", "Binding of Isaac: Rebirth", "Carrion", "Barony" and "The Invincible". All for less than 20 euro total.

X4 is great! But it's not really a flying game. You start off flying in a space ship yes, but by mid-game you it turns into a grand strategy game. You'll probably spend more time on the map screen and hire an AI pilot to do the flying for you. Still a great game though!
