“didn’t show anyone playing it live.” Uh. Clive was literally playing on stage during the showcase. Complete with yearly CTD and all.
I’m all for shitting on CIGs trash practices, but you don’t need to lie to get there.

Perhaps I was being overly cynical but last years grocery hike was all of those businesses acting in concert. Which I’m sure is illegal for everyone but the rich…
- Comment on Inflation? 2 months ago:
Without a way too keep them from just raising costs to match, raising min wage has a limited effect. Taxes on profit are more effective. Reinvestment or raises should be deductable, tax the everliving fuck out of gross profit for the rest.

I hope chairman Xi can save us from the Biden junta. ( I don’t even think I’m joking anymore)

So outraged that he’s sending more bombers and munitions! Seriously, fuck this country.
How can I help our comrades in Gaza fight this?

Yeah eve handles it by slowing down time in-game. Every game has their way of handling it. Cig is doing it via the replication layer and dynamic meshing. Totally different technologies.

It’s already in active player facing testing so yeah. Normally when they bullshit they don’t have players testing the feature.

The last one that’s missing is IIRC Jump-points and they’re adding that within 3 months. They’re still fleshing out salvage and the dynamic economy stuff, but the initial implementation is there.
If I’m wrong though I am all ears.

This is all just stuff they’re porting over from Squadron 42 now that they were able to move those devs back to SC. I have no idea why this deserves it’s own article.

Calling bullshit on this. Have a very similar rig and I load into the cities within a minute or two, and if I spawn on my ship or a station it’s faster than that.

What feature creep? This is all stuff they setup for squadron first and are just moving it over now.

Go play it and tell me there is no game there. You already own it. So install it and find out.

If you were a socialist you’d know what dialectical materialism is and not say something like “Marxist economy”.
- Comment on are people still all riled up about beehaw? 9 months ago:
A: Nordic systems like that is by definition not economic socialism.
B: Gonna make an assumption that you using Tankie was likely referencing some authoritarian policy and just grouping them all under ‘tankie’ as a generic insult like most .world liberals.
