Personally I suggest buying the WD red pro, they are better but I saw that one costs around 400€ for 8tb and I paid less than that for two. Also as someone else mentioned you probably won’t hear them cause of the fans, HDD optimal temperature is between 12 C and 45C, I made the mistake of not properly cooling and one drive is degraded

What size are you looking for? I paid ~150€ for 12tb refurbished and ~200 for 8tb new. Don’t think you could get a high capacity drive for 100 even before the crisis

That’s because exercise doesn’t help much with weight loss, it makes you stronger. If you want to lose weight get a diet, nothing crazy tho, just make sure you’re eating the essentials and that you’re eating less calories than your daily need, there are calculators online to find out your daily calories need.
