- Comment on PC gamers spend 92% of their time on older games, oh and there are apparently 908 million of us now 2 weeks ago:
Because crypto miners ruined gaming top end GPUs used to be $300 Max, now were looking in the thousands to have the best GPU for like 6 months, and you can’t buy a used one because it could be a clapped out card used in a crypto miner

- Comment on New Bill to Effectively Kill Anime & Other Piracy in the U.S. Gets Backing by Netflix, Disney & Sony 1 month ago:
This is dumb considering that these types of streaming sites are how I actually discover anime and become a fan enough that i want to purchase merch. I pay for Crunchy Roll, but sometimes I want to check out stuff from other services. If I had to rely sheerly on legal services I wouldn’t watch or discover half of what I did.
Legal services are also pretty inferior. I wanted to watch A certain Scientific Railgun… Season 1 was dubbed, but season 2 on the service wasn’t… I literally had to track it down on some streaming site to get access to what I’m paying for.
- Comment on Tesla pulls out all the stops as Cybertruck sales grind to a halt 1 month ago:
Exactly I thought this would be a purely functional truck at a good price, but for that much it is not worth it

Sadly many developing countries are further along in EV uptake because they have access to $4k EVs without tariffs

McDonald’s franchisees being forced to buy one specific problematic ice cream machine is ducked up on it’s own. Let them choose what works.
