- Comment on Why is the price of real estate rising so dramatically? 2 weeks ago:
Land is the only commodity that’s actual worth anything, perpetually.
- Comment on have you ever been given a warning or suspension for using profane language at work? 2 weeks ago:
Which only applies to being able to criticize the US government without persecution. It absolutely does not apply to private businesses and institutions. They can fire the fuck out of your ass over your filthy fucking cum gutter of a mouth.
- Comment on have you ever been given a warning or suspension for using profane language at work? 2 weeks ago:
Well, you could start your own business where you can say what the fuck you want. Or, you could not act entitled like you think you can say whatever the fuck you want. It’s up to fuckin’ you.
- Comment on Are there any historical or modern day true stories (like the story of The Buddha) of someone born rich and privileged who just walked away from their family and turned down money and an inheritance? 3 weeks ago:
Andrew Carnegie, and it wasn’t totally altruistic. He did terrible, terrible things to get that rich. And he realized that he, and his peers, would likely be murdered French Revolution style if he didn’t do something to throw a bone to the poors. And maybe he was a little afraid of Hell. So he built concert halls (Carnegie Hall,) libraries, museums, charities, etc. I respect that he motivated (shamed) The Rothschilds, The Rockerfellers, and Vanderbuilts to emulated him out of envy. So, he achieved some good. But there’s no such thing as a Good Billionaire.
- Comment on Does hair in food carry any health risks? 3 weeks ago:
Yes. Yes it does, you may get your ass kicked.

- Comment on YSK that Amazon has different prices for different people 4 weeks ago:
Motels and hotels have been doing this for decades. Check out room prices in college towns on game weekend.
- Comment on YSK that Amazon has different prices for different people 4 weeks ago:
I wondered when this would happen. With all the data scraping, corporations are going to know your “Spending Potential,” and price items for you, specifically, according to your SP score. Believe it.
- Comment on 7 years ago there were no billionaires worth more than $100 billion - today there are 18! 1 month ago:
Guillotines. The only answer.
- Comment on I don't want to call Twitter X out of spite, but calling the travesty that is X Twitter is an insult to the people that made Twitter what it was. 1 month ago:
Xcrement. It’s called Xcrement.
- Comment on If Jesus can turn water into wine, but wine is still mostly made of water, can Jesus apply his powers recursively and create more and more concentrated wine? 1 month ago:
It already exists. It’s called “Brandy.” Reading more than watching videos helps.
- Comment on Why are people on the internet (and Lemmy) so quick to say someone "deserves to die" 2 months ago:
Why do conservatives believe gay, trans, black, brown, Liberals, and the disable deserve to die?
- Comment on What started “weirdo” as a slur just recently? 2 months ago:
People being really fucking weird.
- Comment on Why is Kamala Harris being held at such a higher standard than Trump this election? 2 months ago:
Fuck Putin. Lol.
- Comment on Why is Kamala Harris being held at such a higher standard than Trump this election? 2 months ago:
This is why The Founders implemented a Representative Democracy. They knew half of the populace were dumber than rocks.
- Comment on Was Elvis Presley a pedo? 2 months ago:
Wait until you learn about Catholic priests and nuns did to kids for 2,000 years.
- Comment on Was Elvis Presley a pedo? 2 months ago:
Or Jimmy Page. Or Ted Nugent. Or Conway Twitty. Or…
- Comment on Was Elvis Presley a pedo? 2 months ago:
Those fucks would talk parents into giving them “Guardianship” over their teenage daughters so they wouldn’t be arrested for kidnapping and child molestation.
- Comment on What is the safest way for a partially disabled person in the USA to use prison for food and shelter as an alternative to dying homeless in a gutter on a cold rainy night? 2 months ago:
What’s the safest way for peasants to rid themselves of a dictator who is killing their young men in a stupid vanity war?
- Comment on Is everyone so depressed now partially because modern science has probably proven there is no god / afterlife? 3 months ago:
Especially a petty, vindictive, narcissistic one who will torture you forever if you don’t kiss his ass. No wonder “Chrisitians” love Trump. They were brainwashed as children to think that is normal.
- Comment on Is everyone here leftist? 3 months ago:
Fuck Milton Friedman.
And the fact that you bought the abortion culture war bullshit tells me that you’re unintelligent. Do you actually believe a billionaire whose daughter hypothetically gets pregnant from rape won’t find her an abortion doctor?
Wake the fuck up. The ideology you subscribe to wouldn’t piss on you if you were on fire. Or maybe it would, if you are filthy rich. If so, then shame on you. This isn’t a sport, it’s serious issues that affect millions of people who are not you.
But something tells me you would rather die than admit to yourself, and anyone else, that you are wrong.
- Comment on Is everyone here leftist? 3 months ago:
Yeah, it actually fucking is. It’s the the name. “Progress.” Move forward. As in giving everyone a share, giving everyone a say, and giving everyone a decent life. You know, the opposite of "Conserve.’ Keeping the Status Quo, never changing, a state of perpetual stasis. The rich stay rich, the poor stay poor. Ad Infinitum.
- Comment on Is everyone here leftist? 3 months ago:
Those become politicians and billionaire fellators.
- Comment on Is everyone here leftist? 3 months ago:
Because most intelligent people understand and feel empathy and compassion. And most nerds know what it feels like to be bullied and marginalized.
- Comment on Is everyone here leftist? 3 months ago:
The problem with American Democrats is they want to fight “Fair.” Something to do with “Principles.” That’s all admirable, and shit, but when your opponent is depending on that to punch you in the back of the head when you turn around, it’s extremely stupid. And they keep making the same mistake, over and over and over and…
When are they going to wake up and realize that Lucy is always, always going to yank the ball before the kick? For those of you too young to get the reference:
- Comment on Is everyone here leftist? 3 months ago:
Uh, fuck Putin. Find a better job, tovarisch.
- Comment on Is everyone here leftist? 3 months ago:
It’s called the “Anal Extraction” fallacy.
- Comment on Is everyone here leftist? 3 months ago:
Wrong.
To play Devil’s Advocate, communism looks good on paper. The problem is human beings are involved. There will always be narcissistic, greedy, and psychopathic individuals who will abuse the will of the people to take control. There has never been a truly successful communistic system of government. Well, maybe Jeebus and the Apostles, but even Judas sold out for the silver.
- Comment on Is everyone here leftist? 3 months ago:
Contrarian semantics aren’t clever.
