Idk if it’s just my circles but Nokotan had so much hype only for it to be mostly ok. Definitely could have been better.
Surprised Oshi no Ko didn’t rank higher though, it was top of this season for me.
I judged Days with my Stepsister off title alone and thought it was just incest bait, was it actually any good?

there are two possibilities. this was a failed assassination attempt or this was an elaborately staged plot to boost his popularity.

him dying would’ve turned him into a martyr and basically solidified him as a saint, if not a god, to the maga crowd. I can imagine the repercussions of that. there’s also the possibility that someone worse replaces him, someone just as fascist and selfish but twice as competent, and that would be disastrous. y’know, the whole “guys I went back in time and killed Hitler” trope/joke.

it was an incredibly close shot. looks like he coincidentally moved his head the exact moment the shot rang, if he hadn’t he would be gone. factors like windage also play a role. idk which outcome is worse.

Been using Mint for about a month now on my daily laptop. It’s nice, not having to deal with windows’ bullshit, but on the other hand I’ve had a number of issues with it; most recently, it sort of reboots itself every so often randomly. That, and issues with not being able to hear high fidelity audio on a bluetooth headset while also using the headset’s mic (there’s a codec that let’s me use both mic and audio, but the audio is low quality).
Usually though issues get fixed with an update, just gotta check the update manager often.

You mentioned a mathematical explanation for why it’s so common. Got any further reading on that? It’s mind blowing that the math for calculating planetary movement and atomic behavior is exactly the same formula, with different variables. Do you have any theories on why inverse square law is so common?
