China is what the US is turning into, except the US doesn’t have any good infrastructure.
Trump is the shit version of Xi Jinping (literally).

No one mentioned smart = decent. But you can’t also assume Israeli = bad. No everyone in Israel supports its government’s actions.
Imagine people elsewhere in the world assuming any random American = Nazi.
- Comment on Huang declares Israel Nvidia’s “second home” with record-breaking campus investment 1 week ago:
The point is that’s why Nvidia is setting up shop there. You know… the original story of this thread…
Anyway, one of the Nazi’s downfall was they kept designing better and better tanks, and that ultimately required more resources to build. While the US just basically kept spamming them with simple design tanks that doesn’t require as much to build.

Not defending Jensen or Israel, but want to point out that Israel has many good engineers - the Intel team that designed the Core/Core Duo/Core Quad and saved Intel from the Netburst (Pentium 4) architecture was from Israel.
They have smart people, but I definitely do not agree with their government’s actions.
- Comment on France will replace Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Webex and others with its own sovereign video conferencing application "Visio" for public officials 1 week ago:
Shows the importance of having a proper primary process. Biden fucked up and dropped out of the race way too late for any democratic candidate to have time to build up hype and momentum. Just being the VP shouldn’t make one an automatic default candidate. Harris did pretty bad during the Primary back in 2020, she just was not popular and didn’t inspire enough people to go vote.
- Comment on RAM Prices Got You Down? Try DDR3. Seriously! 1 week ago:
Yep, it works fine for my day to day stuff. And runs many games just fine. I still run my Ivy Bridge Xeon CPU (bought for cheap years ago). Pair a X79 chipset, Xeon with quad channel memory, and say an Arc A770. You can do many modern tasks and games just fine. And for cheap.
- Comment on Is Winnie the Pooh considered "racist" now or are .ml folks using it as an excuse to defend Xi Jin Ping? 3 weeks ago:
Originally it was just netizens comparing Xi to Pooh because they thought it was cute. But Xi has no sense of humor and banned the comparison. Now people use it to annoy CCP sympathizers. It’s not racist at all, the original intention of the comparison was good willed and innocent.

I don’t support those deportations. But do why not do it yourself?

Housing prices are pretty high in cities. But you can buy your own piece of land in a more rural setting and build a small cottage yourself, maybe a 2 bdrm, 1 bath home. I believe this is possible for less than $100k at the right location. Start with a used cheap RV or if you have to.

One insurance company already reversed policies on anesthesia cap.
We really need some accountability from these insurance companies that wield so much power over the well-being of Americans.
