- Comment on The dead end of chips: Manufacturing semiconductors consumes as much energy as entire countries 3 weeks ago:
Cutting edge chips consume more electricity to manufacture as there are a crapload more steps than older fabs. All chips are made on the same size silicon wafers regardless of the fabrication process.
Gamers Nexus has some good videos about chip manufacturing if you are interested

- Comment on Trump appeared on Joe Rogan's podcast for nearly three hours: Here are the top moments 3 weeks ago:
OK, Trump didn’t have people in the right spots to accomplish his dictatorial overthrow. This is why we are hearing from the generals from the Trump admin saying he wanted them to be like Hitlers generals, they were the lynch pin of the plot. You can’t be a dictatorship when the military will say fuck you.
There are appropriate number of people that should be used hence why 350 were used. They were also not expecting the crowd from trumps rally to head to the capitol because Trump told them to.
Seriously man, you are beyond gullible, you should have gone to Trump University

wouldn’t have mattered the ceremony would have taken place regardless of trumps involvement as the people have already voted
-
he would have been laughed at
-
that is ILLEGAL as American military can NOT be used against Americans
-
10k guards would have been overkill and a waste of taxpayers money. Trump and his chronies inticed the J6 riots. Who knows if this guy is even being truthful anyways?
Trump is a known liar, cheater and total POS.
If he cared about the people he wouldn’t be going on and lying about his croud sizes. The man is a narcissist and only concerned about himself

- Comment on Zynga owes IBM $45M after using 1980s patented technology for hit games 2 months ago:
IBM argued that its patent, initially used to launch Prodigy, remains “fundamental to the efficient communication of Internet content.” Known as patent '849, that patent introduced “novel methods for presenting applications and advertisements in an interactive service that would take advantage of the computing power of each user’s personal computer (PC) and thereby reduce demand on host servers, such as those used by Prodigy,” which made it “more efficient than conventional systems.”
I’m torn, I want a better internet but I also want less ads and ad agencies can fuck off and not use my processor and power I paid for to show me ads I don’t want in the first place. Pay for your own shit!
