Mine currently has 700 mb and 90 mb background network usage, which I quickly disabled.
Temu also uses background data!

Been using Ali express, it’s the same shit, but generally you can just ignore it, the popup ads for some sale or other are just annoying.
And if you are using the app then disable notifications!

If the error is too frequent it will be hunted down very fast, what you want is errors that happen no more than once every month, maybe add another level that ensures this only triggers based on the running time.

My guess is that they followed the manual, skipping a few steps, glued the sink before cutting, panicked and then voilà.

I have been looking at kagi but their pricing is definitely made to force people to buy the professional $10 package.
100 or even 300 searches/day would be unusable for me, you quickly spend 10 searches refining a query for something special, and when developing you do like 5-10 searches/hour.
A fair pricing model would be
- $2/month for 1000 searches/day
- $5/month for 5000 searches/day
- $10/month for unlimited everything

Now i know, I remembered the MythBusters episode where they bury two pigs in concrete, I think it’s the one with Jimmy Hoffa, that will definitely discourage anyone from living in the apartments.

Thanks, I did have fun coming up with ideas.

No, a construction site contains plenty other stuff than concrete and steel: tools, equipment, building materials, temporary buildings for the workers, cables and piping.
On top of that each time concrete gets fire damage, it gets weaker and may need to be replaced, at least core samples + weeks of analysis time + $$$ is needed to determine the damage.
And let’s say they eventually finish building the apartments, they may never stop smelling like a BBQ.

A handful of Molotov’s at night once a week during construction can make it very expensive to build something.
