No offense, but if you are an American adult and don’t understand why so many posts are political right now you probably need to be reading them. We are probably going through the most problematic power shift the world has seen in 100 years and if we The American People don’t start fighting back substantially we are looking at losing most of our rights as free citizens.
It’s that fucking serious.

If you have calm discussions and listen, you will absolutely 100% see that most people are actually quite alright. Even if they dont like trans people, they will eventuelly get there, by having discussions and chats and seeing them in the real world.
Respectfully, you have no idea what you’re talking about. I live in Texas and I am surrounded by the conservative mindset. There is a chittering madness about these people that causes them to frenzy any time something triggers them as being “woke” or “trans” or in any way challenging to their narrow world-view. They cannot be reasoned with, I have tried far too long with no effect. Their beliefs are couched in white christonationalism and the stupid masses having their stupid beliefs vindicated by bad actors in positions of power.

Chris Hayes spends a good deal of time on this subject in his book The Siren’s Call which I can’t recommend enough.

Xodo and Xchange are both feature rich, lightweight, and easy to use programs. Browser view is fine for a peek but quickly feels clunky.

Not that I want to encourage this kind of life but with that context he is kinda right. Entrepreneurship is one of those areas where you genuinely get out what you put in. If you want your business to be better, you have to commit the time to it.
- Comment on How do the Republicans feel about Project 2025 now? 1 month ago:
Those MAGA folks don’t know they’re brainwashed, and honestly, neither would any of us.
I challenge this line of reasoning. All that is required is asking the question “is that true?”, then attempting to answer that question. There are very few modern conservative talking points that cannot be riddled with holes via 10 min of googling. I understand that people of western society have had our attention robbed of us, but all that is required is a desire to know the truth. They don’t. They want to have an interesting story that triggers their emotions. I will not abide apologies for anyone still supporting the MAGA agenda.

You’re the only one that brought up clearance.
- Comment on 23-Year-Old Elon Musk Rep Granted Energy Dept. IT Access Without Security Clearance 3 months ago:
It’s not just about (and has little to do with) security clearance. A 23 year old is very unlikely to have enough experience in literally fucking anything to be wielding the authority and property of the American people like these children are.

A betting man would play this one slow. I am definitely part of the crowd that wants this to do well but I am not counting on it.

No they aren’t. Deer are often struck mid-bound which will absolutely send them flying into your windshield. Also, depending on what part of the world you are in, deer can get pretty huge.

The qunari design is the weirdest thing to me. They Bioware spent so much effort solidifying who the Qunari are in 2 and had a great design to reflect that. Then in 3 I feel like they maintained and perhaps even improved the design, but kinda watered down the characterization of the culture. Perhaps I’m misremembering and the group of Qunari present in 2 are a more extreme sect than they are representative of the people as a whole. Now in 3 they seem to have really softened everything about the race. I’m just confused about the design direction which is disappointing because I really enjoy the qunari of DA2.

DA2 has several bad qualities. I personally would not generalize it as a bad game. I am willing to concede that this is an unpopular opinion, however.

This has always been the case and isn’t news. They’re just putting it right in front of you before you hit the buy button.

This game was actually pretty fun if you could find a lobby but it was buggy as hell and could become lopsided pretty quickly.
