I see you chose not to read what I said? Being tired of the game loop is almost never the reason of these “bagy” reviews.
- Comment on Guess which game? 10 months ago:
There’s this thing called playing a game not for entertainment, there’s games that are addictive and games that will have you spend hours just to get a little taste of goodness to keep you going.
I’m happy for you you haven’t wanted to enjoy a game that is like this, and that you don’t think about leaving criticism where it is due.

We’re probably not, I’ve spent a considerably long time in the US lately and the “German” cars here are entirely different in the first place. The only similarities are the rare VW Golf you see every now and then, even a Jetta is extremely weird to me.
- Comment on VW solid-state battery retains 95% capacity over 1,000 charge cycles in lab testing 10 months ago:
I guess so because I have never heard anyone complain, it’s only people from the US who complain about them.
and usually the complaints are “there’s barely any space to work on them!” but also Americans are way more susceptible to buying brand new cars for little to no reason. It takes a lot more to sell a big/new car to an average person in Europe.

Are you trying to counter what the other commenter said or trying to make a point or something? Because you really have not at all.

Quit being American for one second please, it’d be great.

This needs to be a rule in most communities, country ALWAYS needs to be specified. You can’t ask for it to be specified for one country and not the other.

No one said it wasn’t, I’m just voicing that it’s completely worthless to claim these licenses for games on a store like this.
- Comment on The Outer Worlds w/ All DLC free until 26 Dec 2023 4PM UTC 10 months ago:
It’s such a waste of time and sanity to have to keep up with claiming.

Lemmy IS awesome, that doesn’t mean we can’t want it to be better or criticize it. No one said Lemmy isn’t great.
- Comment on PSA: the federation problem is still present in Lemmy 19.1, the GitHub issue has been reopened 10 months ago:
The main Lemmy developers very often don’t have the biggest clue of what they’re doing, and they’ve proven that time and time again.
They also don’t know how to interact with the community or how to be normal people.

Not everything needs to be about making money, just reminding you that that’s pretty vile.

You’re calling out the wrong people, completely missing the point of everything privacy or why the epic store is a bad thing and being an idiot and asshole.

- Comment on Whoever is across from someone on the yearbook page kisses them when the book closes. 11 months ago:
Haven’t you heard? Every country has year books and OP isn’t leaving the rest of the world out!
I don’t know anywhere else they’re used, but in the US at the end of a “high school” year everyone gets their picture taken and they can put in a quote below their picture, this is then put in a book with the pictures laid out in a grid pattern.
This means that when you go to another page or close the books, the pictures on the other page touch and kiss!?!? No idea why the US would ever allow pictures with minors kissing but who knows.

And also simply not necessary to have as many satellites as Starlink does needed to cover the ocean and the rare spots where wires can’t go.
- Comment on Starlink loses out on $886 million in rural broadband subsidies 11 months ago:
That’s completely wrong, for the ISPs it usually isn’t worth achieving and is why the government should step in.
- Comment on Starlink loses out on $886 million in rural broadband subsidies 11 months ago:
Which is why I didn’t say it was factual, but rather that I didn’t see it being comparable.
And no, my point has nothing to do with ISP companies and for a business it would be illogical to dig to more rural areas.
This is something Starlink avoids by being in space obviously, other existing ISPs wouldn’t make much money off of it anywhere near as fast for example. This is why the government should handle all of it, like I said.
