  I was super excited for it and then some very early reviews made it sound like a shitty mobile game.

  I’ve been on the hiring end of those conversations before, and frankly I prefer it when a candidate withdraws.

  I’ve done many interviews on the hiring side. They’re exhausting. If you’re not interested in the job, please don’t interview. No repercussions will be had and any (introverted) ICs that were going to be pulled into the interview will breath a sigh of relief.

  Yup, but if I’m talking to someone who doesn’t believe in man-made climate change and I show them the xkcd and answer their obvious follow-up question about how we know past temperature, and they STILL don’t want to listen to me… well then I know I can safely never talk to that person again. :)
