Well the good news is that few of us are anywhere close to trumps orbit, there are still plenty of us doing good work making our communities a better place for everyone, even if some of us voted for trump tbh. A lotta bad but a lot of good too. And it’s always good to have your passport up to date

Yes we get your point, you dont get the point that it leaves them liable to regulators defining it and finding themselves out of compliance with the yet to be defined rules

That’s what he’s saying, they’re in violation. Your comment begs the question “is everything big companies do legal and compliant?”

I mean hidden cameras have been a thing for many decades, if not a century. There’s nothing new here, zuckerberg pretending he invented something is an old cliche at this point too.

Exactly “being smart” and “acting smart” are too different things. Usain bolt is the “fastest” man on Earth, but if he’s just chilling on the couch watching TV, I can run right past him.
Same with these ivy league CEOs, they probably (not necessarily) were smart when taking their tests in school, but if they just leave the fate of their company to chatgpt responses, they’re acting as dumb as possible at the current moment.

That’s another thing broken about AI, they just make you look more like a kardashian because they have more pictures on the web than anyone else, it’s just gross tbh
- Comment on Tennessee grandmother wrongly jailed for six months, latest victim of AI-driven misidentification — facial recognition is jailing the wrong people, but police keep using it anyway. 1 week ago:
That’s not the point, the point is everyone wants to pay less taxes but also they want the government to subsidize their industry and run a balanced budget. It’s just greed and narcissism, nobody actually wants to make the country better. They just say that to advocate for free money for themselves.
- Comment on What’s the endgame? 2 weeks ago:
Youre taxes go to trump and his minions raping children. It’s a lot more expensive now that epstein was killed.
- Comment on worried 2 weeks ago:
I dont think there is tbh. You just ask, like there’s no way somebody asking me to say yes, just ask it and ill say no and we’ll move on. If i wanted to say yes i would.

Most people just dont care or notice. They go to work get money and then go to walmart snd buy whatever is cheapest. Theyre used to ads everywhere so they buy the ad infected tv and dont even notice anything wrong, ads are just a mundane fact of life.

That’s for becoming a woman, being and existing as a woman is a lot more work than that.
- Comment on Weekly Recommendations Thread: What are you playing this week? 2 weeks ago:
Uh i been playing since the 90s on DOS lol. You don’t really need to know the laws. the game just tells you you can’t do that if you try to do something like make a merger monopoly. There are tax considerations that can be tricky but I mostly ignore those. You get taxed on profits so you dont need to min max taxes to be successful in the game.
Uhh and yeah im constantly doing research and looking things up in the game, which i mean that’s really what investing is IMHO. It’s essentially a textbased game, you have to read a lot, even if it’s mostly numbers/percentages.
