  Poor Shino. Talk about stuck between a rock and a hard place. She was able to lie to herself when she thought Sakisaki wasn’t really serious, but now she’s in a no-win situation. She could join the harem and hurt her best friend, try and join and get rejected and hurt her best friend, or lose her friends altogether.

  I hope they figure something out where she can stick around, cause she’s my favorite by far.

  At this point, they just need to hunt down Bitch and the rest of her party and get rid of her. Naofumi really should have just smoked her when he had the chance. It’s amazing how toxic and poison she is, and turned all the other heroes into delusional ass-hats. It’s like she wants to die in the waves or something.

  I really want to like this show, but it seems to just love to go over the top with terrible things happening to the “good guys” These last few episodes have seemed more torture porn than fun to watch. Looks like that might be over at this point with his power-up. I feel really bad for Doroka though and hope there is some way to fix her eyes.

  Also for a crazy OP MC that everyone is terrified of, Adonis sure does seem like he has no idea how to actually battle anyone. He keeps taking these close range fights and then get his ass kicked instead of kiting around and using his magic. I swear they’ve had to animate his quill hitting the ground more than just about anything else.

  Another great episode. I really like this show a lot. The sibling interactions are really relatable to me. I especially love the across the street neighbors. They’re all such good people. I will miss this one when it ends.

  Oh man! That was the last episode? It kind of had the feeling of one with how neatly it bookended the season, but I was still hoping there might be more.

  I really hope a Season 2 gets announced. I really enjoyed this one.

  Seems a little late to be adding in BBEVs at this juncture, unless this a 2 cours, or the manga drastically changes course going forward.
  My impression on this show is it’s supposed to be a light relaxing show with the occasional “problem” to solve (i.e. the guy abusing his fairy, or the daughter of the guy who ran the town trying to kidnap him) so having this round table of mustache twirlers added this late is a bit odd. I’ll stick with it and see where it’s going, but I hope it doesn’t shift tones to drastically.

  Did this show turn out to be worth watching? I was pushing 50 shows this season, and I dropped this one after episode 3 as it didn’t really grab me. If it’s good, I might go back and finish it sometime, but I have heard 0 about this show at all this season.

  Came into this show expecting a CGDCT type atmosphere, but this show gets pretty heavy and emotional. I like that it explores each of the girls and what they’re going through, and also that they’ve maintained the mystery of Akeuchi. Glad I’ve stuck with this one.

  Wow, that was brutal. I feel bad for them both. I really wonder how they’re gonna come back from that, because they’re both stubborn and stick to their principles. Rae realized she made a huge mistake but it was too late. Neat to see that I was right that the princess changed allegiance from the game due to the horny/competition with Rae, but I’m surprised Rae didn’t see the danger in wagering Claire. The title of the next episode is positive, but I’m curious how it gets resolved.

  Man, these past couple of episodes have been so emotional. I really dig that this show isn’t afraid to both explore the dark parts and the light parts. It’s not 100% “the power of friendship” since the bad guys (at least Pesha’s mom) have understandable reasons/trauma that were being exploited. This is a very different show than it was in the first couple of episodes, and I’m glad I stuck with it.

  Sad to see this one go. It was consistently a funny and heart warming show. It’s not really close to the AOTS board, but it was fun to watch and I’m glad I picked it up.

  What a great twist! (at least I’m guessing) The reason the princess helps the MC in the game is to keep Claire all to herself. She sabotages Claire’s chances with all the guys, so she ends up turning to her. But a new challenger has appeared! Really digging this show.

  This show had a chance to be really good, but the last few episodes have been a weird mishmash of different stuff. Lots of tonal whiplash going on. I really hope they’re able to put it all together and tie it up with these next 2-3 episodes.

  Neat resolution to the chimera fight, and really nice to see Claire further softening towards Rae. She’s definitely gonna feel the loss of Lene and need to lean into Rae more.

  What a totally off the wall and bizarre episode. Enjoyable to see how Mamoru handled the time travel aspect, but man the Echos storyline was wild and a big tone shift. Can’t wait to see what happens next

  I’ve always been really suspicious of this “journey to the capital by yourself” with no explanation that the Yethmas are expected to do. Now to hear that there’s supposedly no entrance is really weird. Also, how the hell is Blaise sill moving around? Holy cow! At the start, this seemed like it was going to be some ecchi otaku fantasy show, but it’s been really engrossing, and I’m loving the plot. I hope they can stick the landing with these next few episodes. (I’m assuming it’s a 1 cours)

  Nice finish to the race, and always love the euro beat.
  They did a nice job of setting some hooks in the past few episodes, with the wunderkind that skipped the race to hang with a high schooler, the “fatal flaw” that they noticed about Kanata, and what they’re gonna do about the 86 car. It seems like it just can’t compete with all the big boys. Not to mention the overarching “looking for my dad” plotline. I’m interested to see how this all plays out.

  I’m not sure where I fall on this show still. On one hand, the characters are all really good and the artwork is really nice. On the other side, the “secretly overpowered” thing is not really working for me. I’m guessing nobody but the queen and the maid, plus her dad, know about her power, otherwise it wouldn’t even be a question of her being on the council. But I also can’t see how it would work if she knew out about her power, since her self doubt is integral to her character.

  Will keep going with it, as it’s still mostly enjoyable. Hopefully they find a way to satisfactorily reconcile things.

  This show is really enjoyable. I really like that I get to learn about the customs as Maomao does without it feeling like exposition dumps. She’s such a great character. I look forward to this one every week, and will be sad when it’s over.

  This show is really good at tugging my heartstrings. The stories they tell are just so real. I was really worried that something bad (worse) had happened to Uta to create such a huge change in personality. I was happy it turned out to just be the boyfriend was a turd. Kinda goes back to the point of “are you sure you should have said yes just like that? you don’t know this guy”

  Also was great to see Minato googling what dating is, and deciding “nah, that’s not the relationship I want with her.” I kind of hope they keep the best friends vibes going, but they’ve still paved the way towards a friends to lovers story if they want to.

  This has been a pleasant surprise I picked up on a whim this season. I’m glad I did.

  This is low key one of my favorite rom-coms this season. I really like how cute and airy it is most of the time, and Ryuto is definitely a real one. I am also pretty glad to see they’re not inserting drama with silly “i can explain/i don’t want to hear it” scenarios. They’re resolving things with communication and honesty, which is awesome.

  Still really enjoying this one, but it feels like his harem is getting a bit too crowded too quick. Shino just got added basically, and now Mirika is coming in full steam.

  I also find it hard to believe that everyone is so forgiving about being drugged twice for nefarious purposes. Guess it’s a matter of “so the show can happen.”

  Went into this show completely blind, and have to say it’s one of my favorites this season. Early on candidate for AOTS for me. Once the show is complete I may have to pick up the source material, as I hear it is also amazing.
