Dull surprise.

Huh…I’m up to 15 jobs at 44. Really happy with my current so hopefully will be here a while.

Wil Wheton talks about times outside of filming on TNG where he would flip the set power switch on in Engineering and just soak it all in.

Umm…just because the 2006 conflict was a stalemate, I wouldn’t bet on Hezbollah stopping a full Isreali invasion, especially if they are committed to the genocidal tactics they are using in Gaza. Iran will continue to remain relatively unbloodied and let their poxies die.

Looks at the current SCOTUS roster, notices both Alito was appointed to the court in 2006, and Thomas was appointed in 1995 (after a huge sexual harassment fiasco no one seems to ever bring up any more). Finds their records are even worse than the Trump appointments.
Nope, sorry doesn’t line up…
The gross politics of the GOP started with Nixon, and was driven to overtime after they lost power when Clinton took office by Rush Limbaugh, Murdock, and the like. That was the real turning point. Where we are is a progression to the GOP going more and more radical, but the seeds were always there. Honestly, I think Roe stood for so long because they weren’t stupid enough to actually appeal it back then.

I’m not calling it an ethnostate or saying they are living under apartheid, nor saying River to the Sea. Just making a point. I don’t know how to balance freedom vs Sharia law, or even if it is possible in a secular democratic country in that region. It would eventually come to that if Arabs had a majority of citizenship. But i do believe Israel deserves to exist for the Jews. And that the Arabs in Gaza, Isreal, and everywhere else deserve freedom to live their lives. l feel I know the history pretty well, and I think Biden is doing as well as he can with the situation. But the whole situation is fucked. The US killed a lot more civilians in the war on terror, and I hate that, but I am content that Bin Laden sleeps with the fishes. It’s hard for me to criticize Israel, while at the same time believing Hamas should be destroyed. But that means they go into Rafah and more kids die. War is hell. Simple as that. Fuck Netanyahu and fuck Hamas.

While they Arab citizens of Israel are treated much better than non-citizens in Gaza, Golan Heights, and the West Bank (and arguably have better rights than even other Muslum states), they are still subject to systemic racism. Their political voice is actively surpressed, not surprising as a Zionist Israel cannot otherwise survive if Jews became a political minority within the country, which is another reason Arabs do not have the “Right to Return”. - Comment on Remember when Target blamed theft for closing stores? It's all lies. 1 year ago:
I have a friend that is a DM of a rapidly expanding gas station/restaurant chain here in southeast. They just opened self-checkout lanes in their stores. I asked about theft/shrink and he said it’s a tiny part of their bottom line at this point in a GAS STATION, and with the traffic they are getting, the convenience/cost of labor makes up for it in spades. Target, Walmart and the like are full of shit.
