I say: no body has any right to know what meds I’m on, that said. I’m on mood stabilizers, antidepressants, anti anxiety, pain killers and glp1. So I’m a bit used to the stupid shit people think.

Random person: “Antidepressants don’t really help, they are just a crutch”

Me: yeah me and 3 of my brothers have depression and they never took meds, but I think they help me, and my brothers all committed suicide so I can’t ask their opinion.

Then for some reason that person never wants to discuss meds anymore.
