  That’s exactly what I would assume, because you’re talking like your city is the default and everyone knows which one you’re talking about.

  Snapcube’s Real Time Fandub Games, a group of people who dub over games in one take without any rehearsal, resulting in some of the funniest videos I’ve ever watched on YouTube.
