Yeah, pretty much. Season 1 was generational in terms of production, and season 2 was realistically never gonna be at that level. Season 2 is also the start of a new arc whereas season 1 felt closer to an episodic series.

I await season 3 with bated breath… I don’t believe season 2 was an absolute dumpster fire like other people seem to believe but the lack of promo material is a little concerning. OPM is awesome man, why it take so long for season 3 to come out 🥺

Nice, decided to watch season 1 because Crunchyroll was spamming it on the UI (and I was bored) and the premise was more interesting to me than I expected. Haven’t watched the season finale yet but the previous episode makes me wonder where the story’s gonna go.
