Lots of hot liquids. my grandma picks linden blossoms during July, dries them and gives me for the winter colds. I’ve learnt that it contains natural compounds that makes your body sweat like crazy which is a good thing when you are sick.
also thyme, daisy, rasperry leaf teas

you should get pixel 9 pro, its almost identical to pixel 10 pro, but much cheaper now, my girlfriend recrntly switched from apple xs and she’s quite happy. its comfortably sized phone 6.3", cameras are great, battery is ok. I own pixel 8 but i constantly lack telephoto camera. Theres new oneplus coming out, they have new type of battery that is almost twice the size of most phones.

my grandmother picks sorrels on the way home and makes sorrel soup. When I was a kid, i remember we would eat them when we we’re playing outside. We knew where all the crunchy ones had grown and not share with anyone that was unworthy

my seasoning flaked off and it became metallic appearance. I was struggling with obtaining stable seasoning, but found a reddit post that suggesting Blueing process. You heat-up your clean wok a lot with no-oil the iron reacts with oxygen to form magnetite Fe3O4 which holds seasoning much better. After you blue your wok, you season it by heating up some oil, but generally it seasons itself diring usage. If something starts sticking, more oil and more heat usually does the job.
