I agree with your sentiment generally but will say that Trump supporters are the ones who also like Kennedy…I dont see much crossover from his brand of crazy from Dems or those left of Dems.

Hopefully he will get some of the racist and nutbags to consider Kennedy if they are sick of Trump for some random bullshit reason (if they were going to pick a good reason to be sick of Trump, they never would have liked him to begin with.

- Comment on Elon Musk’s Neuralink reports trouble with first human brain chip 6 days ago:
I’m saying the continued misuse of technology for unnecessary and dangerous purposes can be considered a threat to public health and safety in the long term. For far too long we have identified risks of certain technology, especially in the hands of amoral alt-whites like Musk (he spent $44 billion to amplify neo-nazis for fuck sake), but shrugged our shoulders at the idea of regulating or banning dangerous technology. I want to challenge people to envision a world where we don’t have to tolerate shit like this.

How is this shit legal? Like, why is any company allowed to willy nilly fuck around with trying to implant computer chips into human brains?

He’s doesn’t unilaterally have the power to stop it. I agree we should stop military support under current conditions, but Biden isn’t Israel…this isn’t a US War. Its amazingly short-sided to blame Biden for this to the point of helping Trumps reelection chances.
- Comment on [deleted] 3 weeks ago:
Yeah, because its unfortunately a choice between those two at this point. Until Biden is re-elected, it will be a constant reminder that its him or a fascist criminal that led an insurrection, even if a particular criticism is valid. This criticism is shit btw, antisemitism is happening and should be called out.
- Comment on [deleted] 3 weeks ago:
I’m against what Israel is doing in Gaza but some small % of protestors are getting legitimately anti-Semetic, but starting to be very aggressive about it in an uncomfortable way, especially with larger authoritarianism at play in the culture.
I appreciate the president calling that type of shit out personally.

- Comment on How disheartening for Snowden to do the right thing and be stranded in Russia. 5 weeks ago:
Makes more sense when you look back at how Wikileaks actually functioned. They literally coordinated with Trump campaign to generate anti-Clinton disinformation, for instance. Why would they do that? Because the wanted Putins guy to win.
- Comment on How disheartening for Snowden to do the right thing and be stranded in Russia. 5 weeks ago:
He ain’t there by coincidence, and isn’t the good guy in this story. Might have exposed bad shit US had surveillance wise, but Snowden didn’t do it for ethical reasons, he did it to undermine the country, and ran to an authoritarian state that violates privacy even worse.

The root problem is that Google offered unlimited storage as an option in the first place. That at least should have given a clear stated cap on uploads. The guy should have been more proactive since May too, no one really is fully in the right here.

Yes, because it isnt.
- Comment on Different social class different rules 5 months ago:
It isn’t missing, the media just doesn’t know how to report on financial reporting and then memes and internet just bastardize things into lowest common denominator pablum because that’s easier and more entertaining than actually reading about problems with old systems not being able to communicate with each other at the Pentagon and how this leads to trillions of dollars annually of accounting reconciliations and reporting delays where there are intermediate moments where the full picture isn’t immediately available. This is basically an old tech and information security issue, not a "evil fucking pentagon stealing monies again!’ or whatever other bullshit it is perpetually portrayed as.

Thank you, the internets tendency towards pure emotional reaction to things they don’t understand is honestly just exhausting sometimes.
- Comment on Different social class different rules 5 months ago:
That ‘we don’t know where 2 trillion went’ is a myth–that number represents accounting reconciliations between their myriad of different archaic and highly secured systems. It doesn’t mean that actual resources are missing or can’t be accounted for.
- Comment on Income isn't keeping up with inflation, 76% of Americans say in new CBS News poll 5 months ago:
The fact that people feel like the economy is bad is important, but im completely annoyed by a lazy media that uses meh at best polling surveys as a replacement for looking at actually facts. Like, you can actually measure these things. Inflation has been improving for months now, and the economy overall is actually strong, but you’d never know it between all the ‘Biden make economy bad!’ propaganda outlets like Fox News combined with trad media replacing reporting facts with reporting opinions.
