The judge went along with it, should they not also be named and shamed?

I dunno, I think 10 years ago I was hearing bad shit about them, especially the owner.
I’m not sure they’ve ever been good at PR!

Oh yeah, how has Brexit worked out on that front?
The rivers and sea are literally full of runoff and shit.

Lexiters are the most deluded of all Brexiters.
- Comment on Caribbean nations set to demand royal family makes reparations for slave trade 1 year ago:
Barbary pirates in North Africa actually came to South West England and took slaves.
Still though, the barbary pirates don’t exist as an entity any more, the Royal family unfortunately does.
- Comment on Caribbean nations set to demand royal family makes reparations for slave trade 1 year ago:
Not just the wealth overseas they stole, they stole from all of us as well.
Abolish the monarchy, take it all back and pay us and the others their ancestors stole from our wealth and land back.

- Comment on Starmer promotes Blairites as Labour thoughts turn to governing 1 year ago:
I see what you were getting at, yeah I would take Blair over (gestures with wanker hands) this here.
Still though, I will hate that man until I die, he is a traitor, a war criminal and I blame him and all his wasted potential for this pile of shit we have now.
I tell you what, with PFI I’d just cancel all that shit and write a law making it legal, fuck being screwed over forever. There again, I probably don’t have the mates in finance that all these pricks do.
- Comment on Starmer promotes Blairites as Labour thoughts turn to governing 1 year ago:
Does it have to be either or?
- Comment on Starmer promotes Blairites as Labour thoughts turn to governing 1 year ago:
The world is literally burning up due to man made climate change and we have highest most pbsene inequality since the war and this isn’t the time to be radical?

Aye, paid for on the PFI never never though.
- Comment on Thousands lose benefits after tax credits overpaid 1 year ago:
Here’s my policy solution for this, make it illegal for DWP to reclaim overpayments from claimants, instead they should be reclaimed from the minister for DWP’s ministerial pay and the executive level members of the DWP pay.
- Comment on Woman 'joyous' after sister donates womb in UK first 1 year ago:
I have to say I agree, same goes on IVF.
If there were infinite resources to spend, then sure, go for it, do everything, however that has never been the case and I’d sooner prioritise people who are actually already existing over creating more humans we don’t need. Would be parents moaning on about it don’t really sway me either, you can’t have a kid, so what? Get over it and be a foster parent if you want it that badly.
- Comment on Most motorists want noise cameras installed to clamp down on loud cars 1 year ago:
You know at my old house there was an ice cream van that made my life mildly more irritating as his chimes were on ear splittingly loud (guy must have drove with earplugs), and frankly I’d have loved it if somebody would have actually enforced the law (there is actually a law for ice cream van chimes) and an automated system like this would be one way!

I just installed one of these for my g/f in her back yard catio and I think it’s great. I play 7 a side on it twice a week.
Why would people want such a useful material ‘banned’? If you don’t like it, then don’t install it. If it doesn’t work out great, then you can always remove it.
In terms of waste, you can say that about literally everything we consume.

Loss of earnings or reputational damage I suppose, I think these might be quite hard to demonstrated but like you I’m not entirely sure.
We will have to see how it develops, I’ll be honest, it would be quite nice if one of my heros wasn’t actually a bloody sex pest for once.
- Comment on Kevin Spacey cleared of sexually assaulting four men 1 year ago:
Wouldn’t they need to show damages in civil court?
- Comment on Kevin Spacey cleared of sexually assaulting four men 1 year ago:

Seems like it is to me.

We should just take it, it was taken in the first place by force.
- Comment on King Charles to receive huge pay rise from UK taxpayers 1 year ago:
The Crown owns the Crown estates. It was never tax payer funded
The state (aka us) owns the crown, the crown is not owned by the monarch.
As for tax free. Since the US revolution. The Crown has given the income to the government.
You mean our assets have paid money to the monarchy as part of a centuries old deal to pay for the last Charlie boys debts. Fuck that, I don’t see we have to keep one family in a state of perpetual luxury because of that.
Simple research into the history of the Crown estates makes it clear it dosenot in any way shape or form belong to the tax payer.
No, simple research shows that it does in fact belong to us. I’d love to see your source mate.
Can Charlie sell any of it? Can he put it in his will? Can he even make renovations? No, well he doesn’t own it does he.
- Comment on King Charles to receive huge pay rise from UK taxpayers 1 year ago:
I think anything they can’t prove they earned, like with a p60 and a bank account trail they lose. Any money them simply made from owning shit, well, that’s ours that is.
They can go on universal credit until they get jobs in Asda, if Asdas will take em.
- Comment on King Charles to receive huge pay rise from UK taxpayers 1 year ago:
They’re exempt from IHT.
- Comment on King Charles to receive huge pay rise from UK taxpayers 1 year ago:
No it’s not though because they don’t own the crown estates, the public own that and give them a portion of the earnings.
Everything they have comes from us, they didn’t earn any of it, it’s all just stolen wealth and unitaxed inheritance.
- Comment on UK battles to reverse EU endorsement of ‘Islas Malvinas’ name 1 year ago:
I’m well aware of the history and of course the war in 84, but I’m sorry I cannot find it in my to give a shit about this rock in another hemisphere with 3,000 tax avoiders on it that costs us a fortune for zero benefit
If they feel so British them move to Britain, I’d sooner pay to resettle them than have another conflict over it.
I really don’t see why we need any of these overseas territories, they are mostly tax havens, maybe if they start paying normal taxes like the rest of us then I’ll start considering them like I would consider the rest of us.
