Main question for me: Can you export plain markdown from the application (or Docker Volume) or is everything only accessible through the application?
I don’t want to manually export my stuff if I want to switch note application sometime in the future

Sucks if your one of the 10-20% who will die because some doctor doesn’t have time to double check. But hey … efficiency!

Go for the AllinOne (AIO) Installation! Had huge performance issues first (Nextcloudpi Docker & normal Nextcloud Docker) and none with the current install.
You get a self servicing (updates/installation/scaling/etc.) docker install with backups and administration portal.
