Nice! I’m based near Michigan so our soil is fairly loamy anyway, but we grow out garlic in raised beds so that doesn’t really matter for us. Sure is a pain to set up though

Definitely! Garlic prefers acidic soil (around 6.5 pH) so adding coffee grounds will definitely help, especially if the soil in your area is basic

Trackmania! I’m trying to get better and I’ve been playing for the past few months, I have mostly silvers on the summer campaign now!

Indeed it is!

They stay fresh long enough to last til the next harvest! That’s why garlic’s always cured after harvest. For storage you want cool, dark, and dry, just like onions and potatoes. The fridge is actually a bit too humid for long term storage, I recommend either in a cellar or in the dryest, coolest part of your pantry.
Fun fact, if you’ve ever had your garlic sprout on you while storing it in the fridge it’s because sub-40°F temps are a core part of the growing process!

Indeed! This year’s bulbs were a bit on the small side but I planted way late last fall and did very little weeding, so I’m not surprised. I’ve got mountains of notes going forward!
