This is more than just bias, it’s outright racism.

Should have gone to Netanyahu but they’ve been silent on the matter. Well they said “it’s complicated”. Completely hypocritical considering how vocal they were about Putin and Ukraine.

At the moment this is coming from secondary sources from within meta so there are no articles about it that I’m aware of. But Palestinians and activists constantly have their content removed, account reach limited, and comments removed (which has happened to me multiple times). People also have their accounts threatened and removed.
These actions are visible constantly, meta have been doing this since the start. For example, when you go to someone’s stories at the top it might show 4 or 5 stories, but when you click through to their profile there’ll be 20+.
Some people I follow don’t even show up at the top anymore and I have to access their stories via their profile page or if I’ve messaged them recently.

Israel have been successfully pressuring meta to remove and shadow ban accounts sympathetic to Palestinians. The level of censorship is crazy.

- Comment on UK ‘in violation of international law’ over poverty levels, says UN envoy 1 year ago:
It’s just a load of people saying we don’t like what you’re doing, this thing is bad, don’t do that. That’s it. For something that was setup to prevent atrocities like we’re seeing in Palestine, and have been seeing for 75 years, historically, it’s done, and continues to do, a pretty terrible job.

- Comment on Pro-Palestinian protests take place in London, Birmingham, Cardiff, Belfast and Salford 1 year ago:
It comes as aid deliveries reached Gaza for the first time since Israel imposed a blockade following a Hamas attack which killed 1,400 people in Israel.
This gives the impression that the blockade started on the 7th of October when it has been ongoing for 17 years.
Palestinian officials say more than 4,000 people have since been killed in Israeli bombing.
Notice the difference in how these two bits of information are delivered. There is no questioning that Hamas killed 1,400 people but there’s room for doubt with what the Palestinian officials say.
The demonstration in Salford was held outside the Media City complex, where the BBC has its offices - with protesters there also criticising the corporation for its reporting of the conflict.
Yes (see above). 14,000 of us.

Some of the richer families have their own generators. So they let people charge their phones and power banks for two hours a day.
Most of the information about what is happening inside Gaza is coming from citizens inside. They share what they can but meta shadow block them
- Comment on Thousands march in support of Palestine 1 year ago:
I have no idea, but they got the information. I know that all the hospitals have generators so perhaps the civilians do also.
Journalists and people are managing to record and document what is happening inside Gaza, so they would have received the information online.
- Comment on Thousands march in support of Palestine 1 year ago:
Some beautiful scenes from that march. Muslims and Jews protesting together to end the genocide.
As for Israel saying they’re not targeting civilians, bollocks. They told north Gaza to evacuate, most stayed in their homes, the few that actually left were queue in lorries, cars and ambulances. Israel bombed them. Fucking disgusting. They tricked them and now they’re bombing the south anyway
