  “Extreme social interest” like universal healthcare / basic income, human rights, being anti genocide, pro-human rights, basic privacy rights… list goes on.

  My good fellow, extremists are not here shitposting, they’re running the biggest economies of the world. “Public/open source = bad” is exactly what those people want the public to think, because it can’t be monetized and easily controlled.

  Also the greed. Charging for the virtual tour game (however cheap it may be), charging for performance updates to existing games (not extra content, only performance). Switch 1 games should just run better on the new console by default.

  I’m not even sure hw is fairly priced. They’re able to sell the same thing in Japan for 100$ cheaper. I don’t think they’re losing money there.

  By raw numbers I have around 500 games on steam and there’s a huge sale every 3-4 months. Deck is also a pretty capable computer and runs Linux. Deck can run games from many platforms, not just steam.

  I also use Wipr 2 and quite happy with it. Was using AdGuard pro before. Blocklists not being customizable is pretty annoying though. So far I haven’t felt the need to switch back.

  That’s why Legends Arceus is my favorite game. Catching Pokémon is a joy instead of a tedious activity to be avoided. I hoped they’d keep the mechanics, maybe next game. I even liked lets go Pikachu more than others because it had a different mechanism at least.

  Free time. Pokemon games are, and always have been, very slow and grindy. Even in the latest entry (Violet) you need to actively avoid encounters since animations take so long

  I’m not living in any Nordic country so I can’t speak for those, but this “migrants cause crime” argument exists in any developed country. There are a lot of articles debunking the claims. I like John Oliver’s debunking since it’s pretty easy to understand: youtu.be/axsgzg3RyF0

  When any deep analysis is conducted, the arguments from racists simply don’t hold water. They offer simple, racist, and hateful explanations to very complex problems.
