Glad I got a decent Xbox 360 collection.
- Comment on What game sequel ruined a beloved franchise or character for you? 2 days ago:
It’s okay but Halo 5 makes the whole story worthless.

Technically it’s private property even if the public can use it

I kinda am into the theory we all are a little bi to a degree. Sexuality is a spectrum like autism.
- Comment on What game sequel ruined a beloved franchise or character for you? 2 days ago:
Everything after 3 is poorly written fan fiction to me. It still is one of my favorite franchises of all time, but it’s never going to be the same again. Halo Wars 2 was all right though.
- Comment on Did you ever use your Toe to turn one of these on or off? 3 days ago:
Takes me back holy shit. Haven’t done that in years.

I’ve seen weird numbers before like 650 or 520 before.

Reminds of the those shitty Battlefront Remasters with upscaled 8 or 4k texture or whatever it was. Games went from being less than 5gbs to being 60 gb or something like that.
- Comment on what video game deserves to be in a museum? 1 week ago:
The original Star Wars Battlefront games. The best offline multiplayer I’ve ever had in a video game.

It’s also a PS1 emulator. A game that’s been emulated for over 20 years now._

They do, but they also perform double speak to counter their hypocrisy. They’re rather famous for doing it.

I recognize what happened to them was wrong and shouldn’t have happened, but I am glad it wasn’t a person of better moral character to be the victim.

There is only so much empathy you can lend out to a black hole before it sucks you into its hateful gravitational pool. Purity tests like what you are proposing just makes them stronger.

Nope, I’m in North America. All LG TVs no matter where you are let you do this. Also, I use an Nvidia Shield with smart tube and it has built in sponsor block + blocking.

Enterprise and Alamo is owned by the same family which means they aren’t beholden to public shareholders. Usually this means the company is ran better and not as haphazardly as public ones tend to be.

- Comment on The Age-Checked Internet Has Arrived 1 week ago:
There is so much of it on the internet in general that you can’t really do much about it. On top of the fact it is still all over torrent websites as well.

Same, I got a 65 inch OLED big boy for the cinematic experience. I’m going to use the bastard.

Especially if you had to hookup a new system or player to it.
- Comment on [deleted] 1 week ago:
The only people using it 30+ years ago were students, academia, and the government. That fact might skew your perspective on it a little since you weren’t having conversations with anyone under 18 or anyone who didn’t understand how to properly use a computer or afford one back then for that matter. The internet really went to shit when smartphones really took off around 2010 because it allowed every dipshit access to it easily, everywhere, all the time. Generative AI is going to make it all more stupid.
- Comment on [deleted] 1 week ago:
I wouldn’t mind that. I would rather accept some inconvenience to have more social interaction.

Once AI starts training on its own created data, then the dead internet theory will become even more true. Humanity is going to suffer for opening this Pandora’s box.
